I highly recommend OPT!! I can't thank them enough for all they have done! Super friendly staff. Even after a rough day, I could go in and they just made me feel better, physically and emotionally!! Nothing but smiles and encouragement in there!

This place does not care about any of their customers, they were very disrespectful to me, I've been going there for years made a lot of friends and I felt really disrespected by the manager, he kicked me out in front of everybody, didn't have the decency to hear me out on what I had to say and how I felt there excuse is a lady claimed that I'm loud,I'm not the only one that's loud everyone in there is loud,yes she's white I'm Mexican of coarse there goin to listen to her instead of me.iwas so upset I've never been treated like.that manager Mr wade :(:(:( was very disrespectful doesn't even have an office to talk privately.his first mistake was to talk to me in front of the office he had nothing to say except you have to go ,your no longer welcomed here .you are not allowed in this premises. He should have refunded me all my $$$$$$ since October. I had 2 scripts but because they were so backed up they couldn't get to me so I joined it monthly.my cousin goes there and Kelly told her to go in the morning cause it's full and loud in the evening, but yet I'm the loud one.yes I do feel discriminated very disrespectful management ty;(

Chris is a miracle worker! I got an excellent assessment that made me feel empowered to heal my body rather than having an invasive surgery. I was there for three hours and had a great therapy session that left my knees feeling 100% better. I was given a regiment of exercises to continue my improvement, and I will be back next week to have Chris continue to guide me in my healing. Having folks who educate and empower you is not always easy to find, but this place has therapists who truly want you healed. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

The staff provided very personal attention to the detailed prescribed pt ordered by my orthopedic surgeon in dallas. All appointments were kept promptly. All the staff was friendly and professional. I would recommend post operative total knee replacement care and physical therapy to anyone.

Although therapy is not something we enjoy, the staff at OPT are amazing. From the front desk to the gym everyone was super friendly and personable.

If there is something that the institution lacks, it is good treatment of people. A few days ago I was there and man, it's as if just being there was the worst insult for secretaries. They treated me as a thief of my own identification, being that they forgot it until after their working hours inside a copier in addition to insulting me. And the other staff was not much different. Here's a tip for workers. If you don't like your job, quit and get another.

I had an appointment scheduled for 8:00 for a physical only. I was mixed in with the crowd of oil field workers who were doing drug tests, etc and when I was finally called back to the physical area around 8:25 the Dr did not even arrive into the building until 9:40. I am unsure as to why I was scheduled for 8:00 when the Dr did not even have the decency to make the scheduled appointment time. I myself work in the healthcare field and it would never be acceptable to keep a patient waiting that long. The only reason I even gave the building 1 star is because the nurse who checked me in with vitals, etc was very nice and talkative however she did not ever give an update as to when the dr would be in.

I have had 16 therapy sessions and I feel like I will be able to walk and travel like I did before my break. The staff is friendly and helpful. While I hope I never need them again, it's nice to know such a place with great people is there, just in case.
