Ochsner Therapy & Wellness - Covington

Check in staff gave me a number to follow my husband's progress in a procedure on this TV monitor. His number was never displayed. I suspect he is one of those 8 o'clocks on the right that don't display the number. Pretty useless.

I had 2 sessions of acupuncture with GiGi here at the clinic. After the second treatment I can honestly say I had a notable decrease from my leg pain. I walked over 1/2 mile the day after the second treatment. She made me Feel very comfortable throughout both Treatments….looking forward to my future sessions…..thanks….

Need 15 min of physical therapy for your elbow and don't have insurance? These guys only charge $603 per visit to move your arm back and forth a few times! Need 7 of those 15 minute sessions? That's only $4,221. That's it! And this is a non-profit hospital?!?!?! As of 3/10/23...... Oschner originally left a reply to this review, asking me to contact them about this experience, which I did, and never heard a reply. They also deleted their reply comment. Can't seem to get in touch with anybody other than their new appointments and billing phone numbers, both of which have minimally functional people on the other end. This 1 start review still fits perfectly! Beware!

acupuncture with Dr Gigi was the most wonderful experience. She is the most soothing provider I have ever experienced, the session was 50 minutes of comforting care. Looking forward the next session. I recommend this therapy to everyone.
