Ochsner Health Center - Butler

This was supposed to be for Choctaw General hospital, but Urgent Care is great also. I was in the hospital due to numerous broken ribs. The staff that attended me were excellent. Everyone from nurses to cleaning staff did their job above and beyond the normal requirements. I had rehabilitation twice a day and the staff there were excellent and friendly. They helped me to strengthen my body to endure the ribs healing. The respiratory staff encouraged me as my breathing improved. The CNA's on every shift were caring and helpful. The nurses were attentive and compassionate on every shift. Emergency room employees & doctor were efficient and caring. I had a very good experience after a fall that caused my hospitalization. I am so thankful we have this hospital in Choctaw County!

Nice staff and clean place. I went in to get my birth control out, which Dr. Lee did and he was so nice. Second time I came in was to confirm my pregnancy and Dr. Hensleigh helped me. Her and her staff are amazing and give you all of the info you need.

My husband visited this clinic twice this month 9/2020 and his personal information was compromised by one of the nurses named Amy. She went out of her way to violate the hippa act. I want her reprimanded for this type of behavior. This clinic is also to getto fabulous. The staff of Dr. Hensleigh are very unprofessional and need a visit from the states physician board.

My mother visited this place for a covid test. Doctor Hensleigh doesn’t believe in covid. She claims it is a “hoax”. She instead claimed my mom was stressed and not sick. My mother mentioned my nephew being sick and hospitalized with covid. She had the audacity to say “babies bounce back”. Um excuse me? The nurse Amy is rude and completely unprofessional. This place is a joke. Just avoid it.

Three months ago I came to Dr. Horn with high blood pressure, elbow pain, and knee pain. She prescribed meds for the blood pressure and knee pain. Yesterday I returned and my pressure was down and the knee pain is being controlled and managed. The elbow pain is being controlled by exercise and rest. Thanks for everything. My quality of life is so much better and I'm so appreciative to her whole team.

The name urgent care is misleading they are not open on weekends like most urgent care places . They are only open half a day on Friday and stop taking patients at 10:45.Going to the urgent care in Waynesboro today (sunday)

Wonderful service and great staff and I am so happy that I chose them.

Waiting time needs to decrease.
