OCH of Gravette Clinic

The worst of the worst. I don't trust anyone here after what you guys did to my son 10 years ago and so glad I don't bring my other kids here. Save yourself the trouble and take the drive to find other doctors that actually care and will actually listen and support you. I'm trying to get my grandparents to leave this place as my grandma can't get Dr tuckers lazy nurse to put through the referrals she needs for her knee as she can hardly walk with it most days. I keep telling them they can get way better care elsewhere but they're loyal to Dr Tucker because they have seen him for a long time.

Good providers. Would be a wonderful place if they answered or returned calls. You can never get ahold of anyone to cancel or reschedule. Got hung up on when I pointed this out. Seriously need new reception. At least in the behavioral health. Unprofessional, Rude and Honestly kind of condescending. Wish it was easier to communicate with them so I could keep my provider.

The psychologist doesn’t give you time to explain yourself and won’t look at your notes you brought with you since you have bad anxiety and can’t think clearly when sitting across from a doctor.. just a horrible experience and suggest going to him.

Can't get anyone to answer the phone, was forced to leave voice mail which doesn't get a response. Live to far away to drive there anytime I need something from my Dr.

I absoultly love my Dr. And the nurses here! They are so kind and caring!!! They take the time to sit and listen to all my concerns!!! I would suggest anyone to go here!!!

Yes I'm putting in a complaint in on the och therapy department one my husband calls up to cancel my appointment today and the manager Jenny called me back to confirm she was rude to me didn't inform me of telemed for my therapy. She has been rude to many of people including me and others. I don't think it's right that us as patients have to put up with rude people I have had many of encounters with Jenny and her being condescending acting like she is better than us patients. I want to know what patiention to get her out of och. She is one rude person

I really do not recommend gravette clinic or hospital. My son had unesscsry surgery awhile back which children hospital brought to my attention. Also staff was very rude and told me that I needed to sit down when waiting for Dr note by their desk. The Dr I seen today for my son eye was not friendly wouldn't even say words to kids like most Dr do . He didn't explain anything to whats going on wiry his eye I had to ask him what it was. He just said to me what pharmacy and your good to go. He mentioned about getting me info on Dr to do further exmation in couple weeks and just told me go. My son on passe program and I'm trying to switch it different passe so I can take him back to sage creek

Today I went in to talk about a bill i didnt understand but I was treated like an idiot and the lady with medium length blonde hair that i spoke to was very rude. She got on the phone with her supervisor and made me out to be a angry person who cant understand anything. She was condescending and spoke rudely about me in front of me. I never felt so embarrassed and I walked out in tears... I'm in shock.
