Without a doubt the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with from so-called medical “professionals”. Incredibly rude and disrespectful, I’d give them zero stars if I could. Do yourself a favor and find therapy from people who actually enjoy their work.

I had a total knee replacement last fall and was taken such good care of by OSPT. All of the therapists are top notch and the office staff were always so helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend OSPT and am so grateful for their expertise and patience with my very stubborn knee! Thank you to the whole team!

Scheduling an appointment with Wanda was super easy. My insurance faxed the referral, and Wanda called me right away and scheduled me for the next day. When I met with the physical therapist, he did a thorough and comprehensive exam. My entire appointment took about an hour which included 30 minutes of medical information I provided. I felt at ease and very comfortable in the office environment I would highly recommend this business

Terrible, they won't see me because I've had too many vists to other physical therapists. For no related body parts

So I went to this establishment, I am a care giver and I've been taking a cliant there. In order to go to these places you have to fill out a bunch of paperwork and jump through a bunch of hoops through the state so when we finally got there, it was a relief Wanda helped us however when I was trying to explain something she rudely told me to be quiet so she could talk???? She could have just waited till I finish my sentence and then offered her suggestion but she didn't, she fekd veing rude was tge best solution. Next time I went to this place of business I went to go get a drink of water I had just done so and I sat down I went to go do it again and I told one of the therapist what i was doing just getting some water she was OK with it... BUT Wanda not knowing anything or hearing our conversation immediately stood up and yelled across the Room and told me that I was not aloud in their!? I knew this, the therapist knew this. WANDA didn't know this, she needs be more quiet and listen more and use better office etiquette not everything needs to be said out loud or in that 1 second. miss Wanda you need to calm down.... PS just so you know the therapists in the office are wonderful people it is just miss Wanda that's kind of ruining the whole thing.

They are knowledgeable kind and treat you with respect. The staff is great.. I ha knee replacement surgery a month ago and I’m walking a mile and a half daily.

Best place I’ve been for PT. Better than Seattle and Edmonds where I’ve done it many times .

Got one message, to ... "Call them back." I could not get an appointment after several attempts at calling to attempt to get an appointment over the phone. Unable to get an appointment. Don't waste your time with this place.
