Ocean Beach Physical Therapy

The following factors make Ocean Beach physical Therapy the best of the three PT organizations I have experienced: 1. I found a therapist who is supportive , non-judgemental, and hands-on; 2. she uses a program online which lists my exercises and offers me an opportunity to check them off each day to report back to her online, which I find motivating; 3. the staff is professional and friendly. I like them so much that I recommended my wife to go there 4. parking is not difficult, which is important to me because walking is an issue for me.

I am very thankful to Samantha for treating my frozen shoulder. She was attentive and provided clear, precise instructions for my home exercises. Within four months, my condition was resolved. I’m extremely grateful to have had her as my physical therapist.

Highly recommend Ocean Beach Physical Therapy for many reasons. I've received brilliant physical therapy from Kristin Goodrich, my healing process has increased exponentially since I started my treatment there, the studio is well organized and calming, it's easy to schedule appointments, and the location near the beach makes me feel that I've been on a beach holiday after a visit. Wonderful oasis for healing!

So lucky that I found Ocean Beach. Kristin is the most attentive, caring and professional PT ever. When I came, I couldn't even stand up straight, but she has fixed my back injury without surgery. She said it would happen suddenly, but I didn't believe her as I'd been suffering for months, nevertheless, she was proved right. Only sight problem is getting appointments, but the desk staff are pretty on it with the cancelations and you can book a long way out. Can't recommend this place enough, would give ten stars if I could!!!

I had a total knee replacement on May 28th and just completed an extensive program of PT. I found OBPT and they were able to take me as a patient in short time. I was attended to by Samantha Lee. Samantha is very knowledgeable, professional, patient and was very attentive to my needs and safety during my visits. She helped my recovery progress from using a cane and muscle weakness to being able to walk without assistive devices and confidence. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for excellent physical therapy care. The facility itself is clean, well lit, spacious, quiet and non-stressful. The front office staff did a great job of scheduling my treatments.

After multiple spine surgeries and rotator cuff, I have had a lot of PT over the years. I find that the Ocean Beach Physical Therapy staff is excellent! I have gone to them following my last three surgeries. Always helpful and professional. I have had both Lance and Kristen as my PT instructors and they are both great.

Been coming to Ocean Beach PT for a while now. I saw Kristen last year until my benefits ran out and this year was matched with Natalie -- both have been absolutely wonderful to work with. I've worked with Natalie for longer and she's been super helpful in identifying muscle imbalances and posture issues that may be contributing to chronic neck and back pain I've been living with for close to 20 years. The body work she does with me has also been really helpful in managing flare-ups that can be immobilizing. I finally feel like I'm getting stronger in the right ways, although progress is slow (as most health issues are!). The office is super well-run, organized, and efficient. Tiana is super on-top of things like getting insurance authorization for visits; Ariel and Carolina at the billing office are literally the nicest people I've worked with to get questions about billing and insurance answered. They're really transparent (an unfortunately rare quality in the medical industry), proactive, and I actually feel like that I'm being put first as a patient for a change. Highly, highly recommend the people and the clinic here!

Excellent PT services from professional and friendly staff. This is my third time being treated there, over several years. Be sure to wear warmer clothing since the facility does tend to be chilly due to its' proximity to the ocean.
