The young nurse at the front desk was very unwelcoming. The doctor however was very kind and friendly.

I would give 5 Stars, however the young lady at the front made my appointment quiet frustrating. Once you pass this young lady, you will make the best experience you have ever made at a clinic. I liked the nurses and the doctors a lot. They deserve this 5 Star Rating. Please make the drug screen more convenient for patients. We are informed that you only have a couple seconds to urinate, with that being said we have a full bladder by the time we arrive. 15 min is a long time; when you had to urinate already for 20 min. So maybe there can be a way to not wait on the young front desk lady to type in information in the computer. I have experienced a cup right up front of in processing to make said urinating more convenient for the patient. At least ask and not ignore someone who is begging to urinate. The young lady at the front desk has zero sympathy clearly and seem to also not care much about her patients or her job.

The most HORRIBLE experience ever. The manager and front desk nurse wouldn't even fax my results to the employer. All I needed was a picture to send the Staffing coordinator.Very rude and disrespectful, she shoved me my TB negative results and didn't inform me I'd have to take it to my employer myself until I asked.I called to speak to manager and she hung up. So I went back in with husband so by company protocol they would do their job and send results. And she very smuggly said "ok" and shrug shoulders. By that reaction I will keep my copy and turn it in myself. What a shame I pray they get a better manager who cares for dealing with people so the company can run smooth.

If I could give occupational Medicine more than 5 stars I would. I work for Coca-Cola got hurt on the job and got sent there. The team of what I would call nurses and office staff were super professional and polite. The office staff and nurses were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions no matter how dumb I thought my questions were. One day I went in with excruciating pain in my back had to get two tramadol shots. I told the nurse I was afraid needles and she worked with me to my surprise. She was very professional and kind, thank you. Rainy, she kept up with my work comp people and helped MRI's get approved that I needed and much more she was awesome. I did do one day of physical therapy there on site with Taylor Brown super professional and spent 30 minutes with me just answering questions and all my concerns before we even started doing any therapy. The physical therapy area was super nice/clean and well organized. Dr Sherrer over all is one of the most professional doctors I have ever met. Super kind and treated me very well almost like he took me in as his own son. Answering all my questions even when I would ask him questions following him out of the room he always would answer them in a very kind and professional way. My case ended up being a non work related injury due to finding a tumor/mass in my upper back but occupational medicine and Dr Sherrer looked out for me. Thank you.

I would not recommending going to this facility to have paperwork completed for pre-employment purposes. The staff do a poor job of making sure the doctor signs off on the paperwork. The staff do not use good attention to detail skills when reviewing paperwork. Avoid wasting your time and energy at this facility. The nurse's tried to give me a TB test when one was not required for pre-employment. It seems like they are just going through the motions of the day from observing how the office is ran. I would have to give them a C- overall.

This is a great place for Workman's Comp visits. The first few visits were uneasy, but later, the staff became friendlier and knew your name as you walked in the door. Dr. Sherrer listened to your needs, very down to earth, and accommodated you in any way. If I was a few minutes late, due to the job, they were understanding or rescheduled. The physical therapy is awesome! Erin is such a hoot and makes you feel at home, the first day you walk in. She is kind and very professional and makes you laugh. I would give this place a definite thumbs-up ..

Just save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. With the exception of the young lady at the front desk and the doctor, some of the rudest and the most unprofessional staff I have ever come across. First my urine sample was too cold according to the rude nurse (with the dusty blonde wig) and that it was no good. I was checked when I came and its cold in here( plus im severely anemic) so im sure my temperature has changed but whatever. So Im told to go sit in the waiting area and drink from the water fountain( screw Covid-19, risk it all smh) and retake the sample. After waiting a hour and a half to be seen, I finally see ol dusty wig at the counter, I call her like 3 times and she proceeds to ignore me and then another nurse( who claimed she would get with me 30 minutes ago) finally comes and I ask "can I take my screen again and do I need to have my temperature checked again because its been like 2 hours" . Oh no ma'am, you probably just took too long in the bathroom and the sample cooled" but if you knew that than why was it an issue in the first place? So boom second sample given(same exact amount of time taken)and both results are negative, now its" oh yes ma'am I will send everything in, thanks so much, sorry about the wait" But 2 hours ago you treated me like I was an addict and was trying to cheat the test. God forbid someone who struggles with substance abuse comes into this office, they would probably relapse. Extremely unprofessional and chaotic.. thumbs down!
