Occupational Health Services

Dr. Bass is really nice. He is quick but always does a good job. The best part of occupational health is Jessie. She is the nicest one there. She always trys to help even tho the super visor is always talking down to her and telling her not to. She always has a smile on her face and always remembering peoples names. Mad river, she is the best part of occupational health. The supervisor is a waste of time. She is very rude to her staff and she doesn't care who is in the lobby. I have left many calls but never got Any one back. Jessie and kara just keep smiling even tho you can tell that it hurts them.

I had any appointment at 130pm and wasn't seen until 200pm. That doesn't sound too bad if they were busy but it seems that the only delay was the staff not prioritizing those with appointments over walk - in patients. They took four patients while I waited. I just sat there patiently while Jessie and her coworker spoke about another patient with PTSD whom had caused problems. To make it worse, they were discussing this with another patient whom they seemed to know personally. They were attempting to speak in a low voice but I heard it all and plan on reporting them. I also work in healthcare and know that what I heard was a clear HIPAA violation. I was ultimately helped by Yolanda and Dr. Boni. They were both friendly. I expressed my concerns about the HIPAA violation to Yolanda. She apologized and immediately said something to the other staff. I gave two stars, one for each of the two professional staff I encountered. I well not be going back for any of my medical needs.

Since they let Dr. Bass go I have been very unhappy... the new doctor is a quack! He let me go and ruined my income through work comp to no fault of my own. He refused to treat my condition. He put me at risk of Covid twice once when he made me go through the Covid tents to get medical treatment for my condition, which only needed a prescription he could’ve written, and another time when he fired me he dropped his mask and walked within a 6 foot diameter of my space and dominated me with his presence to intimidate me when he asked me to lie to my own personal doctor to receive the medicine I needed for my WC injury. I am now Without any doctor or income and nearly paralyzed.

I really enjoyed the service here. I was new to the clinic and the receptionist explained everything to me. My wait time was 10 to 15 minutes but they provided magazines to help pass the time. My physical and TB test was quick and simple and left within 30 minutes of walking into the clinic. However this was back in Aug 2017.

I waited nearly two months after falling off a ladder and being unable to sleep, stand, or breath comfortably the entire time. Probably a slipped disc, the doctor reviewed a questionnaire and determined he couldn't see me. After two months of agony you couldn't even be bothered to see me. To hell with all of you.

Absolutely terrible! The staff is 100% incompetent, they don’t even know how to send & receive forms! I’m not joking about that either, the fax & email information on their forms are incorrect and go to an affiliated company 5 miles away that may or may not send them over to OHS. They never returned any of my calls, I always had to contact them to get any information! If you can avoid going to this dirt-bag organization at all, do it!

Everyone’s really nice! The doctor always seems really rushed but he still does his job well.

The staff is highly incompetent and misguided. The doctor is insensitive and just a lil less misguided.
