Receptionist spoke to me in a very condescending tone. When she called “member services” to create a medical ID number, she told the person that she was speaking with and entire lobby my name, correct spelling, address and social security number. Please train your staff to be discreet when speaking about patients very personal information. The doctor and assistant that I was seen by were very polite and caring.

I absolutely love this place. Everyone that I have delt with have been amazing. From the receptionists to the nurses, the doctors and physical therapist it has been a great experience. A big thank you to my whole team that is helping me through this time. I appreciate you all so much!
The doctor listed my gender incorrectly in files and has not shared actual radiology reports with me post-xray. Time was not taken to listen to and treat concussion.
I’ve had the worst experience at this office with a provider, will not disclose his name, but I will never recommend him to anyone not even my worst enemy. This provider lacks empathy and has poor communication skills, I also felt like he was discriminating against me. I requested for psychological help and towards the end of my appt he jokingly asked “are you sure you still need psychological therapy?” You NEVER ask anyone if they’re sure they need psychological therapy, you send a referral. I left the office crying. I requested for him because I thought he’d be understanding and nice but I was wrong, I regret going to him.
I was seen at the Morse office for a shoulder injury at work. I was quickly dismissed and told it was just arthritis. I took the same MRI to my doctor at Sutter Health and was referred to a specialist. Turns out I have a torn Rotator. Now my life has been hell and worker’s compensation is standing by Kaisers misdiagnosis. I wouldn’t let these people treat my neighbors barking dog.
