The employee health department is good for simple things like vaccinations. For more serious things my experience is that they do not care, put up roadblocks for treatment, and really, really discourage people from filing a comp case. I also, after lots of time and effort was seen by a tech person for simple, tech accommodations and NONE of those recos were implemented after months and months. I suppose it's good for statistics (artificially low rate of injuries and comp cases) and for the bottom line (zero expenditures for accommodations),, but I wouldn't say that there is a focus on employee health.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Daniel Alba, who I firmly believe deserves a promotion. His bedside manner and professionalism are outstanding and truly set him apart. As a client, I was deeply impressed by how Daniel, in his supervisory role, went above and beyond to assist me in securing an appointment. His advocacy on my behalf was not only instrumental but demonstrated a remarkable dedication to client care. Daniel’s exceptional service and commitment have made a significant positive impact on my experience.

The staff is friendly once you get in to see them. But their overall customer service leaves something to be desired. You can never get thought to anyone. You wait days to get a call back. Weeks to get an email back. I am not sure how this business can make any money other than perhaps they are the only game in town. If this place was any other type of business, its doors would be shut along time ago as people would go somewhere else.
