Dr. Hemsley is incredible! She is very knowledgeable and took the time to talk to me about all of my concerns. She checked out everything that was causing me pain and made sure I understood how we are going to approach getting me healed. I am extremely grateful for her excellent bedside manner. I will admit, however, that the wait time to see a doctor was extreme. I understand though that their office sees many patients. The wait was worth it though, I feel like I actually got to see a good doctor. I feel hopeful about my recovery. The people at the front desk were kind and helpful as well. The whole hospital was also clean and had a great staff. Thank you for your help! Kaiser gets two thumbs up.

The doctors here do not place patients off work. All they do is give restrictions. It does not matter if you are working in pain, they don’t care

This facility provides care that is clearly not what you would anticipate from a doctor. The receptionist destroyed my forms by shredding them, and I had a terrible experience attempting to see the doctor. I have left messages for Dr. Lee's multiple times, but I have not heard back. I have had enough of being told to find someone else if I am unhappy with the care I am providing. It is vexing.

Dr. Liu was very frigid, and uncaring to anything I had to say, or to my physical state. She repeatedly made negative facial expressions, and made small remarks as to discredit my previous physician, and the symptoms I was feeling. Though she heard what I had to say, she didn't listen to any of it. She's very mechanical, and treats you like a robot as well. Don't expect any compassionate care from this M.D.. She's not a "Dr. for the people". Where's Patch Adams when you need him?

Horrible service discriminate non members and im 100% a member just because your computers dont work glitches makes it my fault and my families Horrible operation they have no lab techs because on lunch horrible and people sick and im in the ER I EXTREMELY RECOMEND TAKE YOUR FAMILIES HEALTH ELSEWHERE!
