That was the SLOWEST clinic I've ever seen. You wait for almost 2 hours to take a pre employment drug test. I've never been to a clinic that didn't get me in and out in 15 minutes. The initial girl I talked to was friendly but when I went back up after an hour and a half to ask about a time frame, a different girl gave me attitude. Make sure your employer doesn't send you to this place. It's terrible.

Windows ladies is nice! I went this morning to complain my hand hurts and waited about 10 minutes in the waiting room.Then,MD David Cole came in,introduced himself,and asked “So tell me when this happened?” When I answered his questions,he seems displeased.My hands are numb,tingling and painful.I experience shock-like sensations and needles pokes.Shaking occurs when I work for extended hours.He told me it’s not related to your work.He checked my hands,we did pulling and push and he said,your strong.He stood up and says it’s not related to your work. He’s not a good MD for me.He never asked me how’s your feeling?Is it your hands hurting? The thing that I don’t like to hear from him is WHY SHE SENT YOU HERE?And he’s in hurry because he don’t want to listen what going to say.We just talk like maybe 2 minutes.You are rude.That’s why I’m gonna tell here the whole story. Your not hurting from your job.MD DAVID COLE,I’m not here if I’m not worried and hurting. You have no idea I did in my job,I WORKED 54,53,49,50,40 hours a week making thousands sandwiches,salads,baking,cooking,I worked all over the area in food service,lifting 10-50 pounds of eggs,boxes of biscuits,boxes of cookies,boxes of cinnamons,boxes of refried beans and boxes of rice from the cooler and freezer.Sometimes I work 2,3 people jobs.Working 9,10,11 hours a day.And I will not complain if this not related to my job.I been working this company for 2 years and 2 months,we worked 7,8,9,10 days straight in a row, before you can get your 1,2,3,and 4 days off.Where do you think I hurts my hands Mr.David Cole?I over used my hands.Thats why every night I have to put liniment and wore compression gloves and it woke me 2 or 3 times because it’s numbing and tingling and it hurts.

I had several things that I had to get done in the course of a few hours. One of them was picking up my dog who was fairly ill last week and had me a bit scared. I asked about time and was given the usual “there’s no way of knowing” answer. But once Leticia called my name I immediately began to tell her a bit of my conundrum and she had me in and out less than 15 minutes and sent me off with well wishes. I’m so grateful.

Great service & Fast ! i was taken care of by Leti she was so sweet,greeted me with a smile and had a nice casual conversation. Every time i come here for a Drug screen for my job the staff is always so pleasant

This location was one of the options listed for a pre-employment drug screening. I arrived shortly after they opened and had a smooth, pleasant experience. I was in and out of there in under 30 minutes. Arriving early in the AM is key.

Enjoyed my recent visit to Occupational Health Group! Staff is kind, courteous and professional. Also appreciate having been promptly served in this well maintained facility. ♦️♦️♦️♦️♦️

Went on a Monday at 10AM for a walk in. Did have to wait a little bit, but they worked fast and were polite. Better than previous experiences with similar centers.

Just wasted my gas driving up here because they don't close until 5:30 but don't do drug screens after 4..... then close at 4, the whole world is going dumb and coming up with dumb excuses to go with it. Either extend the drug screening until 5 or close at 4.
