They ladies at the front desk are extremely slow and uncoordinated. As many people that work on that desk things should be smoother and faster. The people waiting do not care to hear their personal business and the gossip.

I am currently sitting and waiting patiently to go to back for a workers comp. Injury. I arrived at 1 p.m. along with 3 other people and within the hour only 1 out of the 3 has been seen out of the walk-in appointments after 15 people who came after us were seen before us. This place is unorganized and intolerable especially the woman at the desk collecting forms. The nurse assistant or unit secretary Tracy became argumentative and disrespectful to a patron coming to preform a scheduled drug test. The patron ended up leaving immediately without paperwork.

I was just in this place they refused to see me . because I didn't have a mask...,.. note I was just in there last week . And I did not have mask then ether nothing was said..... So what was the difference...... The woman who refused to let me sign in . Was rude and hatefull towards me...... The company that I work for pays them a lot of money to do our dot physicals .... But I don't think they should be treating us like that...

Great, thank you!! Fast service and friendly. I only had to wait 5 minutes. Not sure why the negative reviews because it's the best experience I have received for drug testing.

I have been to this location a few times and each experience was wonderful. The staff is very friendly, professional, and courteous. The rooms are very clean and organized.

Had my work physical done here. They were great and got me out relatively quickly. No complaints.

No public restroom. Unsanitary conditions. They wait for you to leave to go next door to use restroom and call you back.

Here just for DOT drug test, DONT EVER COME HERE! BEEN WAITING OVER 2 HRS JUST TO PEE IN CUP.
