I’ve always had a great experience here. Never thought it could get any better. Then I had nurse Katie. She is absolutely the best nurse I’ve had there. Friendly, funny, professional. I don’t think you can get much better. Ask for her if you go!!!

2 hours of waiting for them to tell me they hadn’t put me in the system. How does 4 front desk people not know how to do their simple parts of the job. One said don’t turn in until call, other said asap. Third said wait as well. Figure out the simple stuff.

I took my 8yo son here for an immigration medical exam. Dr. Faircloth and his nurses are truly professionals. The whole experience was very positive from the friendly front desk staff, short wait, and extra care that Dr. Faircloth and his nurses took making sure my son was comfortable throughout the process. This place is top notch despite what some of the reviews here might lead you to believe.

Scored my dream job and had to come here for a pre screening employment drug test. The lady who did the test was very rude and said my pee didnt smell right... They wanted me to strip down which made me very uncomfortable and i left. My employer revoked my job offer due to this. I went back the following day for a drug screening for another company and had a younger gentleman administer my test and i had no issues at all. Incredibly rude woman cost me my job and i contacted the employer and they wouldnt let me retest because they marked me as a refusal to test. Terrible place.

Today I went to see an orthopedic named Thomas Middleton, md he had no idea what was wrong with me the hospital Spring Hill referred me to Alabama orthopedic they gave me the run around said I need orthopedic physical therapy he told me to go back to work full duty I told him you did not do x ray or mri he said he would get this information from my doctors to send over so I told him why would you put full duty not light duty on the paperwork he also stated that I don’t supposed to take medication while operating heavy equipment I told him I only take my medication when I’m at home like my doctor told me when I go to bed he doesn’t need his license because if he can go by looking at someone telling them what’s wrong he thinks I don’t need it by looking at me and I’m prescribed a cane what ever help I need he is not fit for the criteria for that job you never no who people are these days and what type of position they hold my name ring bells my name is Latawerence w white jr I’m a longshoreman for the state docks I love what I do it just people like this are entirely racially profiling because they are racism I’m a highly intelligent intellectual intellect human being way more advanced professional than you are these days you just can’t insult someone because you are racist because of some one religion origin color and discrimination and what they believe in and the company pays peoples like this to no entitled you to your benefit I pray someone stands up for me and bring these types of situations to a naught these people really does not deserve to be in charge if they are going to treat law abiding citizens with no respect my first day I saw him he told me to go back to full duty did not attempt to even try to send me to mri or take a x ray this is a complete mess I wish I never stay her anymore because these people are completely jerks when it comes to a person health all they care about is not doing their job just cause somebody told them to do what they say I knew I from the jump when my job said what they wrote on the paper what they intended to do Apm terminal lied Wendy the ceo on my paperwork said I did not report my injuries when the Forman witness it and also the stevedore witness it I even got carried out by the ambulance and they witness it two also the hospital witness it the system is corrupted and it is built off lies and if this continues to treat a person with the proper care the deserve no one never say anything these types of oppression of oppressive stays in charge doing all of us citizens the same way weather you white or black migo Native American Asian Chinese Russian it don’t matter what skin tone you have what’s a country with out the people standing together and unity as one race from all theses disobedience god is angry with them and its only a matter of time before they come before the creator of the universe and be judged and resurrected by god himself for treating someone out of a 144,000 wrongful that’s chosen by god himself the son of man

Terrible experience.. I went in for a preemployment drug test and dot physical. During my drug test the guy puts his nose (IN) the cup and smelled my pee.. several times. He then says your pee smells funny so we're going to have to have you retest. I didn't have a problem with peeing again. But then the guy changed his story to I have to pull my pants down in front of him so he can examine me, he would then have me turn around and examine my backside. He's not even the doctor that's supposed to be doing my physical. I asked for a doctor and he said no it had to be him. I've taken numerous drug tests.. I even taken drug test at this location before and I have NEVER been told to expose myself to anyone other than a doctor during the physical portion.. . The entire event was happening while I was surrounded by other workers and random people.it made me EXTREMELY uncomfortable Why couldn't I just pee again? Why couldn't it be the doctor who examined me? He was really coming off as if he had ulterior motives.

Was in and out in 20 mins. Chad made the process quick and efficient.

The nurses were friendly but also very quick and efficient. The doctor was very respectful and took his time with me. The price of the exam was also very reasonable. For a walk-in, I was seen relatively quickly for how many people were there. In and out in less than 90 mins.
