Complete horrible attitude this morning. I showed up early to ensure I would be there to start my appointment at 0800. The entry door was locked so I called just to be sure someone hadn’t forgot to unlock it. The call was answered, I stated to the receiver who I was and the nature of my visit. Rudely she replied “We don’t open the doors until 8” and hung up. Whoever she is/was needs a bit more customer service training.

Being in Medical research and many other types of research , I have become short with most medical facilities, I went in here for a physical and Drug screening, I left feeling like I got a major OVERHAUL, THE GOOD ENERGY IN THIS PLACE WILL RUBB OFf. AND make ones day better. I want to give them Ten stares but all they had was 5. Very good people, every one of them was great, nothing I can say bad or negative in any way about this place. That's highest rating any one can get from me... They got some God in that place. Thank all of y'all so much 🤠🙏 Butch Jarrell

Wasn't even aware this place was here but everyone was really friendly and professional. There was a little wait but they do offer a good deal of services.

I went in for a 2 hr. Physical ,, To START ,, I can't stand Doctors, I went in negative, they got me in pretty quick,, every one there was like a family, very good positive energy and made me feel like I was in their family, the physical I took is one of the longest, can't stand doing them, this day with this very positive group of people , made it seem like it was fun 😊 the lady that give me the physical smiled and laughed the whole time, then off to the Doctor, me not liking Doctors much I feel I was very sour to the Doctor, but she still smiled and Shared that good Happy energy that I very much needed,, wow first time going to anything medical and leaving with a happy 😁😊 positive energy and Hora. I had some problems with some of the physical and the Owner herself come TO MY RESCUE,,, 150% SHE GAVE ME,, TRYING TO SATISFY THIS GRUMPY OLD DUDE {MYSELF) I HAD TO RIGHT THIS FOR THEM and you who is reading this. I promise you they Have A whole lot Of God in themselves and every thing they do,,. I have been in Dothan for 40 years, I have been to all of them,,, this is the one. I have been a patient of this practice for almost a decade. The support staff, nurses, and providers are excellent. They make me feel like they truly care and take time to listen to me instead of rushing me out the door. I enjoy not having to deal with the politics that follow practices located in the hospitals. They are intelligent, caring, and humble individuals. I would highly recommend this practice for people looking for a family doctor.

After being a patient here for over 20 yearsI was refused services but not before they Covid tested me and charged me $20.00 copay. I am over 70 and in high risk and tested positive for Covid. They knew that when I went in to another Dr they too was going to covid test meand ask for copay. It was just plain wrong for them to not tell me that I could not be seen but covid test Me well aware I was not going to be sent away. Worst teatment no patient care all about the money....I am done.

We've been using OccMed for some time now for WC cases and hearing testing. Highly recommend the staff. They are very professional and easy to work with.

The ladies working were super nice and got me in and out pretty quickly for a DOT physical and new hire drug test.
