Great company. The eh rating is for a few of the drivers who feel it is appropriate to announce bathroom breaks(such and such "is taking a pitstop" or such and such "is stepping off for a pitstop"). It is very unprofessional and not something I care to hear about nor is it something they should announce over the radio. It's gross. Personal stuff needs to stay personal which includes going to the bathroom. All they need to say is they will be stepping off or are 10-7.

OCCK fails to pick up my wife for dialysis constantly. We've been up since 4am to make sure she is in her chair by 5:40am and they're a no show again

One of the women that work there gave this presentation. She was very negative and racist towards this one woman that was there. It was very obvious. When I was standing near her I smell alcohol and realized she must have been drinking while on job. She bragged about her knowledge and degrees. Doesn’t matter who you are or what you've earned if you act like she did. Can’t believe they have her working there. She was also talking about clients she has worked with using their names. I thought this place was suppose to be confidential. The board of directors and tops won’t do anything because that is all they do is hire low class individuals to work here. I would like to see them stand up for our disabled by weeding out the ones that are not fit to work with our loved ones.

If it wasn't for occk drivers I wouldn't be going to Dr appointment or anywhere else. They are very polite...... So Thank Everyone Who Works There.

Needs to study more about service, polite, shouldn't blame others, needs show more curtiousy to all passengers. Even ones asking ? Not riding.

There bus garage is in the old Ford Dealership and Their Headquarters is scross the street north of Tonys Pixxa Manufacturing

It's good 2 make sure sometimes when u ride the occk bus
