OC Sports & Rehab Lake Forest

I just wanted to time out to give a big Thank you to Tanner and his team of people at OC SPORTS & Rehab at Lake Forest. They have provided excellent customer to me by helping to get my shoulder stronger and with more flexibility. Tanner and his Team takes the time necessary to listen to you and understand your issue. I had a complete left shoulder replacement , he and his team gave me specialized exercises, stretching and strengthing routines. They have helped me immensely in just a matter of twice a week for a short period of time. I can see a full recovery happening very soon now. Thank you so much, Kal

Going to OC Sports & Rehab has been a very great experience. The staff have been very professional and have been a big help in my recovery. They are the BEST😀 I hope I will be able to go back when I have my other knee done.

The work these physical therapists have done on healing my ankle and leg from a 5th metatarsal fracture is amazing. It's been 4 months of healing for me since my injury, and for the first time since beginning PT 3 weeks ago, I am confident I can get back on the tennis court. The environment is calming and all the people are very congenial. Thank you.

I came in for a post operative labrum repair. They knew exactly how to treat it. How long to advance treatment from stretching to strengthening. I am extremely happy where their on time scheduling of intake of my appt. All staff is friendly and knowledgeable of the position that they are in. I implore to come to this facility to rehab to get some good rehab from good knowledgeable people that always have a smile on their face.

Great team that provided outstanding care for me after my knee surgery. Tanner is extremely intelligent in his field and knew exactly what to do to have me recovering quickly. I achieved every goal alongside his expertise and couldn’t be more glad that I chose him as my therapist. Highly highly recommend. :)

The whole team at OC Sports & Rehab Lake Forest is incredible. Tanner, Vishal, and Whitney are extremely knowledgeable and really take the time to understand the physical issues people have in order to properly treat and train the affected areas. On top of being great at their professions, each person on the team is very personable and makes the time pass very quickly. I gladly drive 40 minutes each way to experience first class physical therapy here.

The entire team at OC Sports & Rehab in Lake Forest was top notch. Watching their team handle various patients in an environment that is welcoming, inclusive, and thorough gave me confidence in trusting them with my care needs. They not only provided great care to me during my visits, but gave me guidance on how to bring those exercises into my every day life. I am endlessly thankful for this team; and if/when I am in need of PT support in the future, they'll be my first (and only) stop.

A big thank you to Tanner, Whitney and Vishal for all the care I received. I was worked hard but it was exactly what I needed. I have gone to other pt places and no one comes close to the progress I made at OC Sports and rehab. I highly recommend the Lake Forest facility. They are awesome and helped me tremendously during my time in pt. Thank you all.
