Obispo Hyperbaric

Started both mine and my three year old daughter's treatment yesterday. The location is beautiful, peaceful, and very clean. The staff is knowledgeable and accommodating. My daughter is was struggling with the new environment when we arrived. Prior to our appointment, the staff suggested I bring toys, stuffed animals, a tablet, games, or even a dvd to entertain my daughter. Despite what I brought, she was still resistant and clung to me as I climbed in the chamber. So, the caring owner climbed right into the chamber with us for the entire treatment. We played while the owner explained everything that was happening as it was happening. The other owner even played peek-a-boo through the windows with my daughter. After the whole experience yesterday, my daughter looked forward to our appointment this morning, and she even climbed right in all on her own! Because my daughter does better in the mornings, they accommodated us by having morning appointments. This place is wonderful and I look forward to all the health benefits of hyperbarics for both my daughter and myself.

My mother, currently 89, has been going to Obispo Hyperbarics for a year and a half (2-3 times per week), for chronic arthritis in her knees and back, sciatic pain, and dementia. The inflammation in her knees and back have been significantly reduced. She had a sciatic nerve treated at the "Pain Clinic" with the caveat that the procedure, if it works, wouldn't last as the nerves will grow back. That was over two years ago and she has not had sciatic pain since. We have been able to take her off of her daily NORCO (after 5 years of usage) and manage her pain primarily with Acetaminophen. She moves better and her outlook is much brighter. There is a noticeable improvement in her cognition, memory and interest in her hobbies. The owner and staff are very knowledgable, caring and accommodating. Dealing with my mother can be a challenge, and they have always been so helpful, willing to find solutions and deal with difficult behavior with a smile and compassion. I'm convinced that HBOT is one of the most healthful things we can all benefit from.

My 13yo son suffered a concussion & we heard about oxygen hyperbaric therapy from a friend who had experience with it in healing from her own traumatic brain injury. This therapy is recommended for concussions, used by the NFL, & I had never heard about it before now. My son's treatments were professional & easy, so glad I know about this now. He's doing great!

In 2009, I was SO fortunate to have been able to receive Oxygen Therapy after a fall from my roof. I broke two cervical vertebrae, my left wrist, my left scapula and eight ribs!
