Called me within 2 days of receiving the referral from my PCP. Had appointment availability same week. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable PTs.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The technician’s are very detailed in approach to my condition. I am pleased with progress I’ve made and would recommend Oasis on 24th Ave in Kennewick to everyone!

Can’t thank Oasis staff enough for what they’ve done. I had rotator cuff surgery in November and started physical therapy 6 weeks after. In just 6 weeks, I have gained 99% of my range of motion back, doing well gaining the strength back and am relatively pain free. I attended session twice a weeks and followed their suggested home exercises. The staff was very kind and made sure I was getting the correct treatment each visit. The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and respectful. They were always ready for you at your given appointment time. They listened to and respected your opinions and ideas about what was going on with your body. I have never posted comments regarding a business before, but felt that after having several other physical therapists over the years that were not near as helpful to me, I wanted to let others know how excellent the Oasis therapy group is.

Be careful! I was shorted out 10 minutes twice by one of the PT'S and he charged me $492.00 (after my $40.00 co-pay) at the initial visit and did hardly anything! Cut me off when I had questions. I feel they just wanted my money! Especially after the receptionist had told me my first visit would be around $100.00 with the copay. Stay away from this place unless you want to be charged an "arm and a leg!!!!" Very dishonest receptionist!! Seth was the only honest PT there that I dealt with!! And No, I will not try to contact your office. I'm sure there is nothing that can be done at this point anyway, as I am out alot of money for a few exercises I should have just googled myself! Live and learn on my part!!

All therapists offered great customer service and were thorough with their research. Front staff was always friendly and were extremely helpful when I needed to reschedule. I primarily worked with Taylor & Breck, I appreciated them educating me about my injury and recovery process. I would highly recommend Oasis Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab to anyone in need of physical therapy!

I was in need of PT after an injury and was directed here due to the wonderful therapy and the later hours. They were wonderful in working with my crazy work schedule when I needed to reschedule at the last minute. I just called and I worked with Stephanie! When I went in the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and friendly. My therapy went very well, they have an “app” that they can send you exercises to do at home that WILL remind you to do them. They are very interested in getting you back to your full potential. There were days that I was VERY sore, but this is good. If I am ever in need of PT again I will make sure that this is the place I go!!! Everyone here is fabulous!!! AND you get a “graduation” gift?!? Luv it❤️
