I am an educator who took some time off work to get a live scan done. I booked an appointment for 1pm. I rushed on my lunch to find parking and make my appointment. When I arrived the entire team decided to go on their lunch break and when I showed them my appointment time I was spoken to in a disrespectful way that was not fit for working professionals. I was made to wait outside in the rain, I was late to my car and got a parking ticket, and I was late clocking back in to work. If you want to be treated in a timely manner by a business that is well organized and run correctly do not go here.

Sometimes cleanliness and a pleasant staff throws off the truth of a place. First time there I too was fooled. Entered and a lady at the desk asked me to take my temperature and she gave a covid swab. I passed and was given a m95 mask. Entered the swinging door and walked into a M.A.S.H. Hollywood scene. Staff of three talking loud in the corner, lady playing a game on her phone and this Chinese lady (patient)walking up and down the floor looking in the rooms, touching and looking into unnserved trays of food and no apparent supervision. I smelled a strong odor of urine throughout but... I went into my friends room which smelled like cigarettes and outside her window was a courtyard full of cigarette smokers and her window wide opened. Well after an hour of sitting the Chinese lady entered my friends room looking in her belongings and having her way. She left after about 5 minutes. There's more but I'll save it for another review. Don't let my word discourage you, it is clean and the staff is friendly but you decide for yourself. Just lookout for the Chinese lady.
