The administrators and staff were so kind and helpful. I only have good things to say about this facility. I would not hesitate to recommend Oak Ridge!

The nurses and CNAs are wonderful. Kind,caring and attentive. With that being said, we have waited months to get a phone in my dad's room. They tell us they can't reach their phone man. When does your company decide to get a new phone man. We are told it doesn't happen overnight. Well it's been 45-60 overnights and still no phone and no answer when he will get one. This has been hard on his mental and emotional health. There is still no sense of urgency.
