I interviewed at this facility and was offered a job on the spot but over a month later I still had not been scheduled for any type of orientation. Every time I called they just put me off. No one could really tell me anything. I completed all of their required onboarding stuff but never was given a start date or anything. I called one last time over six weeks later and I told them that I was disappointed in the response I had gotten from them. It was at that point the lady wanted to argue with me about their "process". She was very nasty and hung up on me. If you don't want to waste your time with them then I suggest you don't even bother. The facility smelled like urine and usually that is a really bad sign. I have done interviewing and recruitment myself but I would never treat a potential employee like this. It was honestly a good thing that I didn't go to work there.

I drove to Oak Knoll to see my mother, I stay out of town. I called there first. The lady at the front desk was very rude and nasty to me. If she talked to me rude and nasty. I just can't imagine how she treats the elderly. While there visiting my mom 10min.someone comes in the room and asks me how much longer was I going to be there.Wow. Because she needed to bath her and the other lady in the room. Wow I'm going to try to find another place for my mother.

I’m a current resident. Do not send your loved ones here. Staffing problems rude and unprofessional the food doesn’t just taste awful it’s sometimes inedible I’ve had an awful experience and can’t wait to leave. There’s bugs and flies all around Covid cones every so often through the building in waves

The worst experience ever. I would not recommend this facility to ANYONE. After 2 months and several negative experiences, we removed our loved one from that place.
