I am currently a resident receiving short-term skilled therapy here at Oak Haven and will be discharged soon. PIt has been a good experience for me and I am thankful that I will be discharging to my home much stronger than I was upon admit. I would highly recommend Oak Haven.

I have the opportunity to visit residents at Oakhaven with my job. They are always so well cared for. The staff is attentive and always friendly. Melissa Freeman, the Transition Coordinator, is one of the most caring and knowledgeable people I know. She’s always willing to help out in whatever way she can.

I love the family oriented feeling that this community gives when you walk in the building. The staff are compassionate and caring. The residents are sweet and happy. This is a tucked away treasure in the center point area. Christine Armand is amazing with activities and Cheyenne Dubea is always willing to make our new residents feel at home.

Oakhaven Rehabilitation has always been a “Caring” community. The staff has always been present for their residents. They have the best activity coordinator, Christine and now they have Melissa Freeman representing the community. Only good things for the future.
