NY Sports and Spinal Physical Therapy

I finally found my PT place. Really enjoy the boutique environment and the 1 on 1 attention. I actually look forward to having PT now. Great staff, including Nick, Corey and Nicole. Our entire family gets treated here for various ailments. Scheduling and billing very professional and easy. Nick has done wonders for my back. I am so happy this place exists.

I sought PT for painful osteoarthritis in my shoulder. The excellent manuel therapy that I received from Nick helped to increase the strength of the shoulder muscle, as well as the motion and flexibility in my arm. His excellent assistant, Nicole, provided helpful & gentle exercises after each treatment. Both very kind and skilled.

My Physical Therapist is excellent and extremely knowledgeable in what I need to get better. Nick is patient and thorough and is a wonderful doctor. The office is extremely well run and always immaculate. Your appointment is always on time! I recommend this place to everyone I know!

Without question Nicholas Maddalena has the hands of an angel! His knowledge of the muscles he attacks and technique exercised to manipulate his target has afforded me a range of motion - in a very short amount of time - that I thought was completely lost. I want more & I am forever grateful!

I've been coming to NYSSPT for all of my therapy needs, most recently it has been my shoulder and knee which I've been trying everything to avoid surgery. The staff at the Larchmont location are amazing. I highly recommend Nick and Carlos! They are knowledgeable and make sure to listen to what is and is not working for you - and work with you to make adjustments. The virtual team is also great, always so helpful and willing to help. Overall great place and great team!
