I’m really happy with the service they provided with my child. All his therapist are so nice and awesome. They really do concentrate on your child needs.

I’ve been trying to get a appointment setup for my child for a little over three weeks now, I have sent over everything the office could possibly need. Everything I call they say they need to call insurance and wait on approval, or that my insurance doesn’t answer. Yet when I call my insurance I always get through in a timely manner. No one ever calls me back to give me updates, I have to keep calling you guys just to figure out what’s going on. Poor communication, don’t even want to think about how poor the service is if this office cant even get an appointment scheduled. Your better off going somewhere else.

*pediatric only They do occupational therapy and physical therapy among other services but it's for five n under pediatrics. Not adults Open during pandemic Monday through Friday 9 to 5:00 They answer the phone fairly quickly and the staff is very polite.
