My 86 year old father broke his hip and Nursing & Rehab at Home provided his post operative care. They were excellent! The RN’s, Swati and Gabe, were wonderful to dad. OT Beth and PT Lori were caring and very positive through out my dad’s recovery. Dad met all of his goals with their encouragement and hard work.
