Novant Health Rehabilitation Center - Lindley Park

This has not been my first treatment with the Novant Health Rehab Center at Lindley Park, but this was for recovery from a full knee replacement. My caregiver was Laura, and the rehab was absolutely amazing! With all the horror stories I had heard, my complete recovery took less than 2 months. I will always insist on Novant, and Rehab will be at Lindley Park for anything!

Larry and Tracy were the absolute best, hands down! They always greeted me with a smile. They both are a major blessing and benefit to your therapy and recovery. I will be with them again for therapy on my left shoulder. I made sure to request them. I wouldn't have it any other way. Thank you both Larry and Tracy

This malpractice office cancelled my Physiotherapy appointment at the last minute referred by an Urologist. I remember doctor did asked and confirmed before referring me here because Winston-Salem office is too far from where I live. Important thing is that the Greensboro office did called me and fixed an appointment last week but only today they called me 1.5 hrs before the actual appointment and canceled it stating Corrine will be only seeing Orthopedic appointments and not the Pelvic pain issue appointments. So why didn't they check the details of the referral by doctor and inform me that day itself that Corrine will not be seeing Pelvic pain issues in Greensboro office. They wasted my time and especially my health has been put to risk since I was looking forward to the Physiotherapy treatment for my chronic pain and they are not being professional at all. Apart from that I will be charged if I'm canceling my appointment within 24hrs of actual appointment so my question is what do they owe me for this mess they created and canceled my appointment just 1.5 hrs before? I need a compensation for canceling my appointment at last minute if not I would've fixed an appointment with another Physiotherapist by this time who are really professional and know what they are doing.

Not my besr experience 15 minutes for basically nothing.The suvery alone cost 71 dollars and not covered by insurance.

Larry and Tracy at the Greensboro office are the best, they are very encouraging and patient. My experience has been nothing but the best.
