To whom this may concern:I'm 4 weeks post triple bypass and need rehab ASAP. Courtney from the Huntersville rehab called to inform they have no spot for me on the MWF slots and the only thing they have is a Thurs slot at 215. This not acceptable! She also informed me I would have to drive 25 miles to rehab in Charlotte if I wanted something else. This the most inconvenient situation I've could imagine. I do not recommend going to the Huntersville rehab save yourself angst and the trouble of getting declined.

This place is awesome! Great location and so close to home. They have an awesome workout area. The staff are so helpful and full of knowledge. They actually seem to care about you and want to see each of their patients make a full recovery. They really are a one stop shop for all recovery needs. Also the one of the other reviews speak of Occupational Therapy and I believe that is in a different location than this one because they do not have OT here at this location. Hate to see negative review go toward the wrong people and place because my family and I just love it here and cannot see how anything but 5 stars could ever come from anyone. I just want to thank all of the team and staff for taking care of us. So happy you are here for us all if and when we need you.

This rehab facility is by far the best you can ask for! The entire staff is fantastic and clearly care about you and your progress. Even the staff at the front desk are great! I worked with Nick for six months and feel certain saying I would not have improved so much after surgery without his help. They move at your pace, and make sure that you feel good about finishing your therapy with them. I would highly recommend this facility!

If I could give them a -5 I would. The way some of these so called "trainers" treat there patients is disappointing and sad. There behaviors are unacceptable. You do not demean people with heart/health issues. The way they treated my young husband is unacceptable and I will be taking it up with management. Definitely need new trainers in there with better, positive attitudes that belong in the health field helping people, not breaking them down. I would never in my life treat my patients the way they treat there's under any circumstance. They have one job, and that is to help and monitor there patients during cardiovascular exercises etc. And thats it.

Make sure you get your bill. They told me $150 for 1st visit, and $75 thereafter, and was 3 months before they filed insurance to learn the visits were over $200. They said that was my co-pay had I met my deductible, but it was never explained like that. 45 minute visit to justify the charge, but it was a great deal of talking "to get me relaxed", and the therapy could have been completed in 15 minutes. I cancelled all future appts.

I was hoping to have a professional and reassuring experience with Novant Health Rehab for my aging knees. First strike ... no one took my temperature or asked me the boiler plate COVID-19 questions. Second strike ... there were 7 people taking PT in one room approximately 400 square feet. I would gave made it 8 people. 3rd strike ... no one was sanitizing the equipment or areas after each patient. 4th strike ... administrative/receptionist couldn't tell me my co-pay. OF COURSE I LEFT before any PT and will not be returning.

Awful billing practices. Insurance covers physical therapy with a copay. However, this place considers itself a hospital/outpatient location, whatever that means, so they get to charge higher for the same thing and insurance has to apply their billing towards your deductible. I blame my husband's doctor too for referring him to this place.

My mom was in severe pain, her lower back and her knee, she was skeptic about the physiotherapy benefits, she did it before twice 12 sessions each. But we found our heroes in Huntersville Novant Health Rehab Center, starting from the reception personnel going in, so friendly, so patient, the epitome of professionalism, and so so persistent that she reaches the goal of each of her sessions, these people are a blessing! Specially Eric! Thank you so much Eric, you are truly appreciated, you are in our prayers, be blessed all of you Huntersville Novant Health Rehab. Center!
