NovaCare Rehabilitation - Westlake

Everyone at Novacare is very friendly and welcoming. My primary therapists, Lauren(OT) and Alex(PT)are great listeners and design exercises that are both challenging and doable. I can see results after just one week.

Ariana is very knowledgable, patient and friendly. She takes time to explain a particular exercise, and what areas of the body it is working. I highly recommend Ariana, along with the other physical therapists at NovaCare.

Shellie is an experienced and very knowledgeable therapist. She asked many questions & put together a therapy plan for me based on my specific needs.

The people at Novacare are truly professionals. They are experienced, thorough, friendly and considerate of your situation. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

NovaCare is truly the best. I have been to several other PT providers and truly feel most at home here. They are attentive and they provide things that you cannot do yourself at home along with the exercises. They are so friendly and accommodating not to mention beyond knowledgeable.

I was injured in the car wreck sent to Nova care. They set me up with an assistant physical therapist who always had at least 2 people she was working with telling them to do different exercises that were silly and ridiculous and could easily be done at home after 11 sessions at. Over $330 an hour and I was not getting better and told them this. They wrote a negative. Report on me to intentionally commit fraud And hurt my accident claim this place is horrible It's nothing but a moneygrab for insurance money and when you complain they lie about you don't waste your time here

I came to NovaCare Westlake for specialized physical therapy following removal of my prostate, and the dealing with the resulting complications. The interactions with the staff and therapists were always highly efficient and they would go above and beyond to deal with any issues I was having. Lauren Mercurio is a pelvic floor specialist, and she was excellent to work with. She had a very positive attitude, as well as paying close attention to any feedback she was given regarding how I was doing with various exercises. She also seemed to have a vast knowledge of different exercises to target and improve trouble regions. From my experience, with both Lauren and the rest of the staff at NovaCare Westlake, I highly recommend them. Dean K

I used Nova Care rehab in Westlake for a musculoskeletal issue in my upper back caused my a combination of factors mainly overuse. The staff and receptionist are very friendly, courteous, and professional. However, there style of physical therapy is much more traditional and it isn't really 1:1 which is what I needed. The therapists usually are working with 2-3 people at one time and will bounce between clients during your 1 hour visit. It isn't their fault, I'm sure they just don't have enough staff. Also, they rely more on strength training and for my injury I needed massage. I ended up going somewhere el see e for dry needling where you receive 1:1 attention. I would not recommend.
