Very professional. Justin was great. All the PT's are very nice& make you feel at home. Matt was very great also. Dawn was very great at setting up my exercises that I needed.

My husband receives physical therapy from Kristen. He is very satisfied with her as a therapist. She has given him a treatment plan that helps him with his herniated discs and radiating pain. She explains everything thoroughly and he can easily do the exercises at home. He highly recommends her and Novacare.

Always willing to talk and answer any questions or concerns that I had. Very polite, helpful and a sense of humor to make things more bearable. They helped me tremendously and I would recommend NovaCare to anyone in need of PT. I thank each one of them from the bottom of my heart!

I live about 50 miles away from Uniontown but have been staying with my sister post rotocuff surgery for the last month and started PT at NovaCare last week. I was initially going to go to another therapist in Greensburg but have decided to remain with NovaCare as I was pleased with the care that I received in Uniontown.

The care that I have received from the staff has been phenomenal. They work as a team. Each patient is treated with respect and kindness. You are not a number. Your care matters to them. I will continue my physical therapy needs here for the rest of my days. Thank you to the staff for all they do.

The parking lot and grounds are always clean. ( I hate driving up to a place that doesn’t care about first impressions ). The rest of the process holds to this standard. Toni is the Comandant, and you will not sneak past her without a smile and a friendly hello. She sets the tone for the rest of the atmosphere here. Jen, the manager, is a hands on type and very professional and compassionate to boot. She seems to expect nothing less from her staff and they deliver nicely. Sometimes you just know, and these good folks are clearly dedicated to your comfort and recovery. They even squeezed me in when I was having a tough recovery event without notice. I was especially grateful that day. Overall I’ve never had a negative experience of any type here. The Facility is very clean with attendants on staff to clean between uses. I’m certain you could do worse, may even find just as good, but you’ll not find better in this class, than the NovaCare on Delaware Ave.
