Outstanding Experience at NovaCare Rehabilitation! I can’t say enough good things about my experience at NovaCare Rehabilitation, especially the care I received from Sabrina Lamb. After a car accident left me in pain and unsure of how to proceed, Sabrina became a lifeline in my recovery journey. Her expertise, patience, and genuine care made all the difference. She carefully tailored my rehabilitation program to address my specific injuries, and her encouragement kept me motivated throughout the process. Sabrina’s attention to detail and her hands-on approach helped me heal faster than I expected. Every session was not only productive but also positive, as she continuously pushed me toward progress while being mindful of my comfort and limits. I felt cared for, listened to, and supported every step of the way. If you’re in need of physical therapy after an injury, I highly recommend the NovaCare team. Physical therapy does not have to be tedious ! The staff here is terrific, very knowledgeable and a casual setting while still accomplishing goals .

The individuals that work there are the nicest and most caring people I have ever had the pleasure to work with. As soon as I entered the building, I was greeted by Elizabeth who greeted me with a smile and processed my paperwork quickly so I could start my therapy. John, who evaluated my condition was very thorough and explained to me what was needed in order for me to get back to my normal lifestyle. My primary therapist, Sabrina, was great. She listened to me but pushed me in order for my therapy to work and did this with a smile. The individual care given to me by these three people made my therapy a joy to go to. Highly recommend them for anyone who needs physical therapy.

Sabrina, John, and Elizabeth are all very kind and caring. Sabrina always checks how I felt after my previous therapy. She also listens to how I'm improving or if there is anything still bothering me that we need to work on more. Great job!

This is the second time i have used NovaCare and i was incredibly pleased both times. The staff is wonderful, very caring and knowledgable, coming up with solid recovery plans that helped me get through my injuries. I would recommend this location to anyone.

The South Russell location has been one of the best teams of physical therapist and administrative staffing I have encountered over the years. They work to get your evaluations and therapy plans executed quickly and work with your medical team to bring you the best overall healing and relief of your injuries and conditions. They are consistent, use various techniques to alleviate pain, are proactive in follow up and instructions and are very personable and fun to work with. Their positive attitude and encouragement during therapy and workouts motivates the will to heal. Thank you to the staff, Sabrina and Elizabeth, to name a few....

I went to NovaCare for almost 5 months while rehabilitating from ankle surgery. Sabrina was my primary therapist and she was fantastic!
