NovaCare Rehabilitation - Oxford

Literally the best health care experience I've had in my 58 years. Diane at the front desk is very warm, genuine and inviting. She remembers your name, great with insurance, working with people, and making schedules work for you. Crissy and Brooke are equally friendly, very knowledgeable, encouraging while constantly adjusting your program based on your progress. I've had PT in the past and found I made much better progress here. The nice touches make you feel at home from the decorating for every season, the daily trivia posted on the whiteboard to just friendly conversations during your sessions. Highly recommend!

Christine Pla worked with both of my sons and has done a fantastic job. She treats you like family and really cares about her clients.

From the moment I called to make the appointment, I knew I was in good hands. Diane was warm and friendly on the phone. My first visit was great. I learned a lot from Christine! Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and you can really tell that they love to help us get back on our feet so to speak. I haven’t worked one on one with Brooke, but she’s got the same energy and vibe as everyone else - friendly and warm!! Highly recommended! You know they care!

I had an wonderful experience at NovaCare in Oxford, PA, and that is definitely due to the awesome individuals working there. Christine and Brooke helped me meet my goals and made going to PT something I looked forward to instead of dreading. I also want to mention how great Diane was with all the administrative aspects and with always making me feel welcome when I would arrive and leave for the day.

Chrissy is the best physical therapist I’ve ever had… she always asks how I am feeling, listens when I speak about issues I am having, and adjusts care accordingly. Her and her team always provide personalized hands on care and are interacting with and checking on you the whole time you are there… I’ve had a lot of PT over the years and decided to try Oxford Novacare over others in the area a few years ago for a number of reasons. It was obvious from day one that Chrissy was different. She is kind, caring, very knowledgeable and makes you feel like you are part of a family there… I would recommend them (and have) to anyone that asks. My wife is now going there and feels the same way, and she works in orthopedics…

I have been going to this NovaCare location now for six weeks for my knee. From my initial contact with the Office Manager, Diane, who greeted me with her friendly smile and professionalism to my initial evaluation with PT, ATC Christine Pla and interactions with PTA Brooke Reynolds, I have been extremely happy with their course of rehabilitation, exercises and making me feel welcome. I highly recommend this location.

The staff at this NovaCare branch are just fantastic. It is clear to see that they sincerely care about their clients health, and want the best outcome from the physical therapy. The atmosphere is very light and friendly and given one of two visits you get a sense that you’ve known everyone there for years. The idea of working through pain, discomfort may cause some people anxiety. At this branch, Rest assured you are in capable hands focused on your best outcome. Thank you, Chrisi, Garret and Diane!

My physical therapist is named Matt. He truly is the best. And is helping me get back to my old self. I couldn't have done this without him. He actually care about his patients and I've watch him interact with them. You can clearly see he really cares about his patients and wants the best for us.
