NovaCare Rehabilitation - Mt Vernon

I needed therapy to walk without pain and stand. I'm a senior gal. I had a very detailed interview with Ms. Jill. The concern and care plan gave me much hope! I've attended 3 weeks and my pain is finally lifting after 4 months. This is the best care I ever had.

The therapists are professional, experienced, and super friendly! The front desk receptionist is very polite and willing to work with payments. This is by far the best physical therapy treatment I’ve received in THREE states since my wreck in 2020. Highly recommend!

Excellent treatment here. All staff are dedicated to helping you achieve your goals of being the best you that you can possibly be. Everyone listens well and is more than able to assist and adjust your treatment to best serve you. You are treated more like family than a billing statement. I highly recommend this caring group to all in need of their services.

This group of therapists are better than most! They listen, they get you back on your feet and even make a home exercise plan. I know that I can always call or stop by if I need anything. They treat you like a person, not just “another patient.” I’ll never go anywhere else. This place is always clean including the pool and shower area.

I have nothing but praise for this staff. If I have to change my appointment, they are happy to do so. I have come a long way since I started going to Nova Care, and I have always been treated with respect. The staff is a very caring groups of people.

Novacare is amazing! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable . Jill, Andre and Debbie are really great to work with. Cindy is also very helpful when making appointments. I would definitely recommend them.
