NovaCare Rehabilitation - Florence

i was there 9 years ago and they took great care of me and now I am back again for help. Great physical therapist and amazing personalities to go with it. They make you work and that is good after only week and a half feeling much stronger and pain has gone done from about a 7 to 1 at times no pain. I could not be happier with the care I received at Nova are.I have been struggling with chronic neck and back pain for years. I could not longer imagine that I would have pain free days.However, I started to feel noticeable relief from the first treatment with Troy Straeffer , and after 2 or 3 session I was pain free. The clinicians at Nova are are extremely knowledgeable. They seem to have a six sense for where the pain originates and find the exact relief spot. They are attentive, friendly and very thoughtful. Thanks to them I can once again carry my grandkids around and enjoy playing with them pain free.

Christopher (Troy) @ Nova Care is talented, engaging, friendly, patient, skilled & knowledgeable. In addition to regular therapies...Cupping, acupuncture & pressure p are among his skills. I highly recommend.

Friendly, knowledgeable and most of all very caring people. Always making sure you are not in pain and are doing your therapy correctly.

I am so thankful for the intentionality of the care I receive at Novacare. The therapy is individualized for each patient’s unique recovery plan. You are not just a number, like at many of the PT offices in the area. Most often, you get care from the physical therapist himself. After 4 different injuries in the past few years, I would never go anywhere else.

Dealing with a knee recovery is no joke but it does help having a great place to go for physical therapy. I’ve been through this before and definitely prefer novacare rehabilitation. My therapist is great and the location is right in the middle of Florence so you can’t beat it. Thanks to the whole novacare team.

(Troy) Christopher Straeffer, PT is very knowledgeable, he listens to my concerns, and handles all issues in a very professional and respectful manner. I highly recommend him and his staff.

All I have are GREAT things to say about the team of therapist that are at this location! I worked closely with Troy two times a week for 7 weeks now (worked with Kelly once too and she was so sweet) and they just work magic here. I didn't have a significant injury like some of the other patients I observed but they never treated me any less than important. Sad that my time here is coming to an end! Thank you. Would recommend.
