NovaCare Rehabilitation - Chevy Chase

I am a patient of Adiana Wilmot, PT, DPT in your Washingto. DC office. After having incurred an injury, I sought some therapy at your facility. Ms Wilmot approached me in a very positive manner and made me feel as though there was definite improvement to be attained. She provided me with exercises to remediate my condition and watched me closely to ensure insure my safety. Adiana made sure that each exercise was preformed correctly and she constantly gave me suggestions for improvement. They never responded to my emails and calls and charged me for no reason despite their saying it was just a consultation (one-day visit) and no fees will the charged. I feel pity and helpless as a student. Really bad experience.

I worked with Jesse and am, and was very pleased with her. Very professional, she asked if it was ok to touch my gluttius before massaging unlike a person where my wife went. He touched her without asking and she felt uncomfortable. The office was clean and after each session they wiped down the equipment, and the tables. Everyone seems to know what they were doing and onfident in what they were doingand saying. Glad my wife found you all. I also had one other women that worked with me, sorry I dont remeber your name but found her very pleasent and knowledgable as well.

Lydia Li is a wonderful, professional and detail oriented therapist . I am seeing such improvement in my low back pain and I've only had 7 sessions. I've spoken to other patients in the waiting room and they are all very pleased with their results and the kind staff.

I have received high quality targeted professional care from Adiane Wilmot at NovaCare at 5454 Wisconsin Avenue Chevy Chase MD over the past few months. I especially like that during the COVID pandemic, the number of patients seen is kept low so that exposure risk is low. In my experience, at any time, no more than two patients are in the large room, with two physical therapists. Adiane gives her undivided attention to you for at least 45 minutes. She has a sharp memory and provides tremendous continuity of care. I trust her judgment on what exercises I should do, and when I should push and when I should go easy. She gently but very effectively corrects techniques on the stretch and strength exercises. I have made a lot of improvement under her care. The office staff person is unfailing cheerful, responsive, and respectful.
