NovaCare Rehabilitation - Butler - New Castle Road

I recently ”graduated” physical therapy for my neck after attending NovaCare for approximately a month at their New Castle Rd location, and I had a wonderful experience with the staff there from start to finish. Ben and Dan are very knowledgeable, skilled therapists, and do a fantastic job getting to know their patients, listening to their concerns, and guiding them through the rehabilitation process with equal parts professionalism and care. Janet also does an excellent job welcoming patients, answering questions, and handling all the administrative needs of the operation gracefully and efficiently. The atmosphere was always friendly and supportive, from day one. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend this team to anyone in need of such services. They exceeded all my expectations, and are every bit deserving of a 5 star rating in my book!

I am so glad I chose Nova Care to help me with my problems. The people are very nice and knowledgeable. I felt right at home the first visit. I would recommend them to everyone. I was at another place in Fla. but they did not do anything like Nova Care. What a difference ‼️

PT at NovaCare was such a wonderful and positive experience for my 9 year old daughter. And that's because Ben and Dan provided her with topnotch care! They were friendly, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. My daughter looked forward to her visits and felt very comfortable there.. I am very impressed with the physical therapy my husband receives at NovaCare. It has helped him so much physically as well as mentally. Benjamin and Daniel vary the activities, work right alongside him keeping everything very positive (good positive motivation). So glad we found NovaCare for physical therapy!
