NovaCare Rehabilitation - Aliquippa

I cannot recommend NovaCare Aliquippa highly enough. The facility is clean and the staff is amazing. I could write a book about my positive experience and it wouldn't even begin to scratch the surface on how great they are. From the moment I called to schedule and through to my last appointment, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. In addition to the pleasant atmosphere, the care was outstanding. I was fortunate enough to work with Michaela, Kristen and Bayley. Each of them added expertise to help create a treatment plan and exercises for success that continued to evolve and challenge, ensuring that all my goals were met, while being exceptionally caring and kind.

I have torn my rotator cuff 4 times. Twice each on my shoulders. I had surgery on both but the original repairs didn’t heal and re-tore. I then had my right shoulder repair done again 16 months later by Doctor Christopher Schmidt. There were other complications that he fixed. Including a/c osteo arthritis which he removed the clavicle in a Mumford procedure. But the joint formed bone spurs and 4 years later had to be cleaned up again. I’m now functional, independent, optimistic and I look forward each morning to what I get to do today. Throughout this experience I’ve had p/t at Nova at green garden I’ve had multiple therapists helping me. Each one has been helpful knowledgeable friendly and best of all patient. As I’ve had many set backs. Too many to count. I’ve been angry impatient scared pessimistic n worried but my therapist always always always helped me. I believe I had great care there n I highly recommend them I wouldn’t be where I am today independent again with out those people.

These are lovely people. I have had some experience with physical therapy before and found myself nervous or dreading each appointment, not here. Each staff member is incredibly kind and very competent. They work with you and make you feel comfortable and heard . The Aliquippa office is easy to find and access. Parking is very available. The facility is clean and reassuring. I will definitely recommend them to others.

Bailey is very patient, understanding, and ALWAYS keeps an eye on her patients even when with another patient. Explains things I honestly can’t say enough good about Bailey. Just to add my husband had Bailey and he told me that she’s great. He has had no more problems since his PT

The therapists, especially Michaela, are all very caring and have provide excellent therapy for me. The location is convenient to where I live and there is plenty of parking available close to the building.

I had the pleasure of being treated by Baylee, and I cannot say enough great things about her. My condition is a somewhat “new” style of therapy, but Baylee is highly knowledgeable, and trained to provide the correct care for it. Baylee brings a very professional approach, and is excellent at explaining the techniques involved. I would highly recommend this facility. The front office staff is very friendly and helpful as well. Thank you for helping me feel so much better Baylee!! Well done!
