I had an incredible experience during my Reiki session with Reiki Master Gene. The atmosphere was serene, and Gene's calming presence immediately put me at ease. The session was deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. I felt a sense of inner peace and balance afterward, as if the stress and tension had simply melted away. Gene is a skilled practitioner with a genuine gift for healing. I highly recommend his sessions for anyone seeking relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. Walking in you feel the energy change, it is inviting. The music that is playing is soothing and the lighting makes you instantly relax. As your session begins you feel important, cared for and involved. Miquela asked several questions to get a better understanding of what my body needed, she showed she really cared by getting that information to better service me and she also described in detail what she was doing. As she was moving on to the next step she would ask if it was okay to do that step. Showing again she cared and wanted my involvement in the massage. Never once did she do something without asking if it was okay. She gave me a lot of advice and “homework” to do between sessions. To me that is very important to help maintain what she had done during my session. This was my first time visiting and by the end of my session I knew I was coming back so I booked my next session with her at the end. You will not leave this building disappointed! I highly recommend Nova Vita Massage to everyone.

I always go for Carrie as she is very knowledgable and skillful with her massage techniques. Always felt like a new person after my sessions with her. I highly recommend this place!!!!

Carrie is absolutely amazing! She uses a variety of techniques to give a fantastic and comprehensive massage. I have had physical therapy and chiropractic care, and neither have been as helpful in relieving my pain as a massage from Carrie. She is also incredibly helpful in giving me stretches and exercises to complete at home. If you are suffering from pain, or are just in need of a relaxing hour, I cannot recommend Carrie enough!
