Dr. Stepan and his staff are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. They tailored my treatment plan to meet my specific needs, leading me fully recovering from my sports injury. The facility is clean, well-equipped, and has a positive, healing atmosphere. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking effective and personalized physical therapy care.

I was referred to Nova Therapy due to a fracture in my right arm. The staff are extremely welcoming and kind. All the therapy sessions were amazing and helped me regain mobility and strength in my arm. An extra bonus is the staff speak Spanish too, which is super convenient. I’d definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Amazing!!! Best PT I’ve ever had. It is all due to the incredible team—from the front desk, to the assistants, and the PTs themselves. They truly care about all of their patients and work to create a custom treatment plan for quick recovery. The clinic itself is open/bright. I felt so comfortable and truly looked forward to all of my appointments. I can’t speak more highly of my experience.

I had a wonderful experience with all of the therapists and assistants at Nova Physical Therapy. I was prescribed 13 sessions to treat neck and head pain that had been bothering me for two full years. I tried a lot of different things to get rod of it, including yoga, acupuncture, and massage, but was still taking anti-inflammatory medications to get through the day due to the constant pain in the back of my head, jaw and temple. I believe it was my third week of PT at Nova when the pain completely stopped and never came back. It’s been several months now of completely pain-free living and I’m so grateful for the treatments that definitely helped me. The office is professional and well-organized. Everyone was very kind and friendly to me. I would definitely recommend this practice for anyone looking for physical therapy.

The therapists and the rest that work there are so kind, they make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Even in an atmosphere that has more men there, I always felt safe. I have never been to such a place where everyone is so kind and truly cares for you to get better. I am pain free and couldn't be happier. Each week depending how your doing they gave me more challenging exercises, of course ones you can bare. The pain I had was something I struggles with for years now and I never really thought it would go away, something that I would have to deal with forever. So am truly in awe how effective the exercises were for me, they truly know what they are doing. Going was something I always looked forward for, am going to miss them. I would 1000% recommend this place!!​​

Just wanted to write a quick review for Nova Physical Therapy. I brought my son here after an elbow dislocation injury. Full disclosure, Nova was the second PT office we tried for this injury. At the first office, my son made some progress and plateaued. At that point he was told that there will be another 3 months before he makes full recovery, which was a little too long, all things considered. We switched to Nova, where Stepan (and the rest of the crew) took over his physical therapy care. Within 3 weeks, my son had full range of motion in his elbow, and was able to slowly return to playing competitive sports. It’s not about fast and quick results. It’s about being confident enough to know how to push the patient without hurting them, and to expedite their recovery. Everyone here is so caring – from Pearl at the front desk, to Diego, who is everyone’s right hand, and the 2 doctors, Stepan and Kevork. They really listen to patient concerns. Added bonus, it’s a really laid back and fun environment. I highly recommend Nova Physical Therapy.

The staff at Nova from the front desk, to the assistants, to the therapists, are all very friendly, kind, and professional. The facility is clean and bright, and my appointments always ran on time. Special shout out to Daniel who kept me honest with my exercises and Kev who oversaw my treatment plan and is magic with a Theragun. And finally, funny story -- I showed up at 8 am this morning after a misunderstanding about my final appointment date, and to make up for the unnecessary trip, they insisted on making me a coffee for the road. I was handling emails on my phone while I waited, totally oblivious to the fact that Stepan, realizing they had no to-go cups, literally RAN TO BUY SOME so they could make good on their offer! I can't promise you that you'll get a beautiful espresso out of the deal like I did, but I can tell you you'll be well taken care of. Thanks to you all at Nova!
