Nova Medical Centers

I was there for a simple physical for a job with UPS, I checked in at 11:30AM, I didn’t leave until 3:40. I asked numerous times (nicely) if they knew how much longer, I was told “I don’t know I’m new” or “I just got back from lunch and there is clipboards everywhere” finally I got called and did my vital signs and eye exam then I had to go back to the lobby because I was told a room wasn’t available. I felt like I was in an emergency waiting room. The Doctor was super nice and very quick getting my physical done.

Came to this establishment on 10/08/2024 to do my drug test and was helped by a lady by the name of Starr. She was very knowledgeable about her job fast and accurate and her customer service was above a 5 star. She was taking care of multiple people while helping her co workers and shown no sign of frustration. She definitely deserves recognition for her hard work and this place should be happy to have such a great worker at their business.

I arrived early and beat all the other losers who roll out of the fart sack at noon. I had my online generated employer request for the pre-employment drug screening and think I was the first to be seen this morning. The staff was very friendly and professional, reception area and testing area and rooms were very clean. Two things though....this place is over an hour drive from my house and they seem to have some kind of monopoly on this sort of thing in a multi county area, very inconvenient. I don't mind driving an hour to work but I get PAID to be there for that drive. Secondly, the testing machine "crashed" necessitating my sample to be sent to the "lab". This prolongs receiving results for several days, in turn prolonging the hiring process. This is counter-productive for employment and growing the economy. Get a new machine, a new test vendor or something. Please expand your operation to include more locations for convenience and to ease the workload on overwhelmed staff who have to deal with serving folks in a 50 mile or greater radius of service. They provided superior service. I was having issues with submitting a drug screening at another location and I was able to transfer my information to their facility to complete my drug screening. I appreciate them so much and the staff was very helpful and nice.

I went on for a preemployment drug test and found the staff friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, professional and accommodating. My entire experience only took 20 minutes.

Beware. My Volunteer fire department had to have same testing completed for a grant. We talked to them multiple times of what was needed and the amount we needed to stay in. They completed extra tests that was not approved or needed. Charging an extra $2000.00. We fought with them for months. Had paper work showing what we had talked about and were supposed to be tested for. They didn't care. If this company will steal money from a volunteer fire department they'll probably steal it from you.

This place is the best it was so clean and the fastness of the service was awesome. The staff was very polite we recommend people to come here
