This place was one of the better that I have gone to! Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and empathetic. Even the staff got along with eachother which was nice too see. The process was a breeze and my wait time wasn’t that long before I got started. Even for other people they were in and out.

Went there at 430 for pre-employment drug screen. Wait time was about 15 minutes. Both reception and the technician were polite and friendly. No appointment needed.

Treated with complete disrespect and disgusting behavior! The employee who read the urine tox screen, states you’re positive for “MOR” (morphine), I said excuse me?! And the man goes on to show me the cup. He says “see, no second line.” Mind you, it was for the drug next to it in which I have a legal prescription. He would not take any accountability and I had to request for the manager to read it. So rude, unprofessional, and very disappointing!! Before you start painting this picture of someone in your mind, you NEVER know what someone is going through and should never judge!

I came here to do a physical for my job and This place has workers that are rude and unprofessional . Although the doctor was very professional , the other personnel that were not doctors were rude and unorganized. My blood pressure reading was done wrong 3 times before the doctor stepped in and did it correctly. Also I was told after I finished all the things I needed to do for my physical was done they checked me out and said everything was complete. 3 hours later I get a phone call saying that I need to come back because something was missed on the physical so I came back and was met by one of the personnel and he made a smart remark saying that he told me that I shouldn’t have left if I knew I had something else to do. Which it’s not my job to know what all intels In a physical at a clinic I have never been to. So yeah this place sucks

They are very professional don't wait time is a little slow but other than that it went real easy real smooth

Easy in and easy out. Check-in went smoothly due to the professional running the desk. Minimum wait even with 5 people ahead of me. The second professional running specimen collection had me in and out in a flash and was very pleasant in processing me. Overall, less tha 45 minutes from walking in the door till I was back in my car. Great overall experience.

Terrible. Took 2 hours for physical. When I did get finished ladies at front seat talked 20 minutes while I was standing there.
