Horrible clinic I had specifically been given a non DOT test which they tested me with the first time. I had to leave for family matters so I had gotten a refusal which I understood. The next day I had rescheduled with my company went in and the staff told me I was getting a DOT test. When I asked why, they told me it’s what your company wants. Then when I go outside to ask my company if they had changed it they called and left a voicemail saying if I didn’t return within one minute it would be another refusal. I had literally only checked in on the sign in paper. The company I’m trying to work for said they never requested that. I have been trying to find work and had finally gotten my break with this job. Just for them to prolong my hiring process if I even get the job anymore

Staff is very friendly. They keep communication constant, and I was out within 20 minutes. Unfortunately, due to recent events, I must update. Just got a call from the doctor. I must be drug tested again. Mind you, I've been tested twice already. The first time, they said I drank too much water. The second time, it came back invalid, untestable. Now they want another one. This drug test is for a new job opportunity that would have started at least two weeks ago had the test been done right. Now, they're playing with my financial stability due to their inability to perform a drug test. I have done drug tests on site for my last job in under 40 minutes. This is absolutely a joke. I will be getting tested at another facility. Do not waste yours or your employers money.

Great staff. May have been busy but boy they handled it very well. Very professional and courteous. If I ever need these services again I will recommend your location for sure.

The lady that performed my dot drug screen and the other lady that did my physical are so nice and professional and fast! The place was also very clean and organized and the front desk workers were great too! That's why I give them a 5 star rating!

The ladies staff were very professional, thanks lady ur favorite driver supervisor was there she was awesome as well they handle every patient with respect and care great job ladies , recommend there office at Nov medical centers

I had a bad experience at this facility!!! This clinic will past judgement upon you and treat you as if your a drug addict, alcoholic or even a recovering one!! What is an X-ray tech doing medical assistance job any way!!!This person completely did not know what she was doing and also starting gossip to the point of feeling uncomfortable tension and was denied my Med card when i just had a physical done a month ago at concentra which is probably the best clinic to go to!!! And keep in mind that this clinic will not follow up if there is an issue instead they will send you out with no explanation other than a front desk clerk stating you need to see your primary care physician!!! So read the reviews all the time and the ones that are five star are probably false just like the false documentation they do in this clinic!!! I spoke to my lawyer about this encounter as well and they then can explain themselves as in to why treat walk in patients like this!!!

Definitely will never return! Due to a staff member named Stephen. He told me to email my authorization form to the email address, and also pictures of my authorization barcode can’t be used for verification for my pre employment drug test… well sketch but Ok, cool. Simple enough!! Well, I believe he chose to purposely input another authorization code, knowing I wouldn’t do a test that I didn’t request or pay for..well Stephen’s action, was a simple date entry, you can compare it to a copy and paste action. Sadly,I could have almost got my commercial license revoked or more likely downgraded, because my refusal of the test or really just understanding what’s happening. Stephen’s lack of attention to a minor detail, could have created a DOT drug test refusal, and could have been included, in my clearing house report! When checking over the information, I quickly saw the issue and didn’t sign or approval the request, consequence would have been a refusal.. but Regardless the whole situation could have been avoided, by looking at the dates on the authorization form… The incorrect submission, can have a serious and life changing impact on a drivers insurance and business relations. so unfortunately, there is high belief of malicious intent rather than a lack of attention. Especially, since he didn’t want to believe me, he just keep looking at me and saying it’s going to be a drug test refusal…. Hey guy, Just look at the computer and go talk to your manager. I’m sure the Staff has been informed of the importance of incorrectly submitting information that’s issued to federal government…. However the Moral of this story, always read before signing any documents at this location, especially DOT required test. 👍🏾

Urine collector was a bit rigid and regimented. I guess she was having a bad day. I told her TGIF, and it seemed to brighten her day. The doctor who did actual physical was very jovial and seemed to love her job. Over all the experience was pleasant. I recommend Nova.
