Nova Medical Centers

I wish they would take appointments instead of walk in only. I got there at 240p waited till 430p and didn't leave until 530p While I was waiting patiently several people had to leave, stating they would come back another day. However, with that being said, Orlando and Joseph we're absolutely excellent and worked hard to get everybody seen as quickly as possible!

It was terrible I tested positive for suboxone which I had a prescription for the nurse let me do the hearing test and all the paperwork yes she stopped me at the physical so that my job would not have a complete process she had hopes that it would stop me from getting the job claiming she can't go any further until she sending the UA out to a lab although I had the prescription on me showing what it was that was in my system which matched up why did you let me do the hearing test in the paperwork and all the other tests but stop me at the physical you did that so my job would have an incomplete process hoping that it would keep me from obtaining a job they're so very unprofessional I hated that experience. And she also was just talking to the other male nurse laughing the whole time not taking a job serious while others waited like I did for hours

In and out. Very quick. The staff is extremely sweet, the lab tech is a hoot lol but overall my experience was exceeded, considering the attitudes and passive aggressiveness I’ve encountered since moving here, this was a pleasant experience.

The staff was great, but not getting to set an appointment time was ridiculous!! I sat for 2+hours for my pre-employment blood work, drug test and fit test. The exterior of this clinic is very off putting as well!!

2 hour wait for a drug screen. Receptionist stated “you will be next” and 5 people went before me, when I asked she said “you can’t count follow ups.” Serious attitude issues all the way around!

Took 2 hrs 15 minutes to get a drug test. Others who needed a physical as well were waiting 4 hours or more. They need to do better than this even if they are understaffed.

Had to get a TB skin test to consult at a hospital. My company originally sent me to a different lab to get the test, but after delays and being sent across the city to track down a test that didn't exist, I was switched to Nova. What a difference. The staff at Nova are professional, friendly, and really quick. I asked my organization to default any tests I need for consulting to Nova from now on.

Staff very busy, but polite. Look you're going there to prove you aren't on drugs. They do that. It's not a spa.
