Nova Medical Centers

I had to return four days straight due to mistakes on miss understanding on my employer and myself ends but I have to share that the staff here at 1150 n loop 336 w. are amazingly great, kind, understanding, patient and great people skills. 5stars well deserved 😊

I Came in a little after 3 already having to pee and didn’t get out of there until about 6:30 so it wasn’t a pleasant wait for me however it was very busy, and as someone who works in the service industry I get it, I’d rather wait and things get done properly than a rush job. Everyone was very nice from the front desk staff to the medical staff. Andrew was very helpful and informative and genuinely so sweet.

The staff were very nice, but the wait time was extreme. I waited 2 hrs for 2 vaccine requested by my new employer. I believe that it would be beneficial if the clinic created a “nurse visit” schedule for those only coming in for vaccines and urine testing.

I waited 3 hours to get my tests done. When I got there there were barely 7 people in the waiting room. Three hour wait without any update regarding the long wait is unacceptable. You can do better by communicating with your patients.

Just left. Waited for about an hour before I was told anything about the nova system being out. "There's only so much that we can do. "..... You could let people know when checking in, or if it just happened, make a courtesy announcement, not go 2 and half hours with no communication. Then staff are all laughing at all of us waiting. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional. Now, everyone who was there today will have to go Monday morning. I bet that with some communication, people waiting would/could understand or not be too upset. Waiting for 2 and 1/2+ hours is not is not acceptable. As of Friday, August 8th, 2024 Customer Service: 0/10

The wait was a bit longer than I expected, but everyone was very nice, professional and helpful. Jeff was courteous and very organized. Thank you

Excellent service from all the staff at this Nova Medical branch. I went to renew my DOT, and the process was fast and I received very good service, the complete opposite of the Nova Medicals branch in Pasadena; reluctant service, slow process and no willingness to help. Congratulations to the Conroe staff.

For those coming in for an employment urinalysis, it would greatly facilitate moving patients through if you would hang a clear sign so that potential patients would know that they need to electroniclly check in to further their visit. People nearly wet themselves before they finally get so uncomfortable that they ask the receptionists just to find out that there is an online form to fill out to be places in a que.
