Amazing people and I had tremendous results both for pre-hab and post surgery rehab from my spine surgery - Twice!! Everyone is so caring here and the therapists work closely with all doctors involved to ensure the right plan is in place for your specific needs. Nick and Shane have helped me literally get back on my feet from some pretty rough surgeries and I cannot thank them enough. They have great advice and go above and beyond what I have experienced in other places. I highly recommend Nick Nosek and Associates - they will do everything in their power to get you mobile and well again! Also big shout out to all the support staff and assistants! Everyone is so helpful and kind. Thanks Nosek team!! I appreciate all of you!

I can't say enough and be more grateful for my experience at Nosek PT! From a young age I was diagnosed with Scoliosis (no surgery, just managing symptoms needed) and after years of working on my feet in the hospitality industry and having a baby/wrangling a toddler I was officially at my max for my pain flare ups. My mom, also a patient here, urged me to go in and finally build the strength I have wanted to for years but did not prioritize. For the last 10+ years I have done various routes to manage the pain that trickled into my hip, sciatic nerve, entire back and neck pain with various treatments like chiro & accupuncture. Both routes were indeed helpful with flare ups but it took my mom and my current Chiro to be like you are at a point where now you need to do the work and build the strength. I had done 2 stints of PT in the past, one very young in HS where it worked for a bit but it was before all the years of bartending, etc. The other time was through Kaiser a few years ago and the amount of exercises and areas of interest always felt overwhelming. I dreaded the question that is "what are you coming for?" when I always want to say...EVERYTHING! Coming to Nosek was different from the very get go. From the start Nick listened to my story of a harder labor with extreme hip pain and was able to pin point from that very first exam how the hip and pelvis were essentially the culprits from all the above and needing that muscle stability there and my core was going to be the answer. Something I have always known in my gut but to be reminded that that kind of focus exercising would do a lot for my entire body. Flash forward 3 months and I am in awe! The constant pinching nerve pain in my upper back/shoulder when holding my 2 year old is essentially fully gone! Which was crazy that the work on my hip was indeed having that effect on my upper body as well. I even notice a decrease in my migraines and tension headaches. Most importantly, I have never felt this strong in my life. People that know me well have noticed, especially the other day when I grabbed my 2 year old and my best friend's 1 year old at the same time and everyone in the room saying ''Be careful of your back!" and were wowed! I could not only hold them but have the stamina to do so for awhile and play with them for hours. The real tell all was the day after Disneyland with our 2 year old. Amusement Parks in the past would usually mean a day or 2 in bed after from something being in pain and it felt no different than soreness from a good work out. I can't thank Nosek enough for giving me the confidence and motivation and knowledge to better both myself and my family life. Also huge shout out to all the amazing staff and dealing with my ever crazy schedule of being a full time worker with a toddler and husband in demanding job too! Their customer service is bar none. Highly, highly recommend!

I sincerely can't say enough praise about my amazing experience with Nosek & Associates Physical Therapy. The owners, Nick and Mary were warm, welcoming, professional and knowledgeable about my care and rehabilitation. The entire staff is so friendly and caring. Carmen the other therapist I worked with often was also very caring, knowledgeable and professional. I never felt like "just another foot rehab" there. They were all very strategic about my personal progress. We did targeted work on my foot when I was at the facility as well as giving me "homework" therapy exercises to do at home. My surgery was very extensive, so I was there 3x a week for a few months until Covid-19 shutdown took place. I was probably a month shy of where they ideally wanted me to be, but I'm 100% positive the work we had done at Nosek & Associates up until the time I had to stay home is the main reason I have gone on to continue to heal and walk normal today. The facility itself is clean and well maintained. I especially loved how tight knit and family oriented the feeling is there. On the first day back to pt after my surgeon released me from my knee scooter and crutches, I DANCED in raising my crutches and did a lap around the facility to cheers from the staff and other clients as well. I'm a super shy person, but that's how comfortable and safe I felt with them. Hopefully I never get injured again, but if I did, I'd definitely go back. I highly recommend Nosek & Associates to anyone needing physical therapy who doesn't want to feel like a nameless faceless body part. ;)

I found the therapy I received following my two knee replacements to be excellent. Carmen (DPT) worked with me extensively. I felt complete confidence in her care. Nick & Mary Nosek also worked with me through the months of strengthening and rehab. It's a small and very personalized rehab center, top machines, clean and well-maintained with friendly staff. I recommend Nosek Physical Therapy; my only wish is for my current insurance to be on their list.

I sprained my ankle just 8 weeks before a planned vacation. The team at NOSEK Physical Therapy worked together with me to get me walking again. They are experience, professional and the kindest group of therapist and aides I have ever worked with (I am a retired orthopedic nurse). Hard work with a touch of humor to make it all tolerable. And most important successful!! Thank you to everyone at NOSEK Physical Therapy for all you did to help me recover.

Went for two visits, Shane/Carmen were excellent. However, Insurance billing worse than your worse nightmare. Multiple attempts to get Nosek to secure my insurance coverage. Have Medicare and Blue Cross/Blue Shield for 20 years. ERRORS in Nosek billing office.. AVOID.
