They won't reprint a Dr note from a couple years ago, I saw DR Schwartz. He was in love with referring me to specialists for things like blood pressure medication. I relocated and just wanted a reprimt of a note explaining why I can't wear a mask.

I seen APRN Peter for the first time for my annual physical exam. I was given a gown to change into, I assumed he was going to check my body from head to toe. Maybe a skin exam, possible breast exam. NOT at all. My physical consist of him checking my heart, took my pulse and checked my reflexes. He did not check my ears or throat which I thought was mandatory. This was definitely not a physical. I could’ve stayed in my clothes for that. Labs were ordered but never explained what they were. I will not be returning.

went here & dealt with a older lady by the name Laura , if it was my decision i think she should throw in the cleats , just awful . She needs a new profession.

Beware: I went to get physical therapy and either maliciously or through incompetence, their insurance department did Out-patient Professional -> physical therapist to have my claim be against my deductible instead of the $25 co-pay that a physical therapist should cost.

Julie Zito and the Backus staff are kind, efficient, and actually care about the patients. One of the best healthcare experiences I've had!

The facilities are clean and the employees are friendly. I went here a couple times as a walk-in and the wait wasn't bad but I think it varies based on the time you go.

Amanda the receptionist has been chatting with her coworker while I've been waiting for 20 minutes just for her to enter my information! HORRIBLE SERVICE!
