I don’t know why there are any negative reviews of this place. I was very well treated here. I came in at 2:30 in the morning with excruciating pain in my Stomach. They quickly assembled a medical team. Dr. Royer came in and spoke with me and explained that she would have to operate. It was the first operation I’ve ever had. I woke up later on to find it. The operation had been done, and I had had a peptic ulcer that was bleeding. Dr. Royer y had repaired it. I received incredibly kind and helpful attention and support all the time I was in the hospital. They really paid attention to what I needed and the PT department was absolutely wonderful and they have a great sense of humor as well. Hi!!

Waited 4hrs. My portable O2 machine battery died and I couldn't find anyone to hook me to a tank. I had to leave after being there because I fell and sprained left side arm and leg! That place will never change!

NP Anne Carpenter in the ER provided Deplorable healthcare. I’ve been infection for over two weeks, Was told by my PCP to go to the ER for an antibiotic go to the ER for an antibiotic and Anne looks me in the face and says I don’t have one, after a 2 second physical exam and ignoring every symptom I described which is classic cellulitis.

The er part I don't care for, but the urgent care and infusion center workers are kind as could be! Hope some day to see them again but under different circumstances! Endocrinologist is a 9/10 my Endo doctor is kind and listened to me when my main doctor was neglecting my thyroid! Gynecoligist 3/10, used to be a 10/10 but my doctor left and when she left our plans for my future were thrown away however the nurse is kind. This side of the building is always full of nice people, which on the other side (er side) everyone's miserable and discredits how you feel and misdiagnosis you to get you out the door. Overall all the entire building is a 5/10. The 5 percent is the good side, rest I have no words for!

The only thing I don't like are the floors.... especially into the emergency rooms where I feel is pretty important to be cleaned. There was Clorox wipes in the room we were in and I was so disgusted by the floor I took some to clean it using my foot(in my shoes) to wipe around. I took pics, there was even some plastic trash in the corner. I feel a hospital is supposed to be one of the cleanest places.

Recently one of my parents needed intensive care and I can't tell you how impressed I was with the care received. Every single staff member that we interacted with was amazing!
