The staff at Northwest Rehab & Wellness are terrific ! They all understand my cervical neck condition and understand when I’m in pain and adjust my session. This is not a miracle overnight and will have many more sessions to improve my condition. Look forward to every session for my health and wellness with this team!

Twice I was sent there by actual medical doctors, and twice it was a complete waste of time. It was even suggested to me that I practice Eastern chakra medicine. They did not inform me of anything. They did not listen to me when I told them what I was dealing with. They suggested acupuncture. And when I told them that we were done and stood up to leave the room I was told by the woman who was examining me, that because she is a single mother who has had breast cancer that she did not need this negative energy and told me to leave. As I was leaving. They actually compounded my avascular necrosis, and postponed my actual medical treatment for months. They also did not inform my real doctors of any of what was going on there. Don't be surprised if I post more after I calm down my leg is still shaking and I can barely walk after being there and getting no help whatsoever and no proper examination. To put it another way do not go and see these witch doctors
I am so thankful I was scheduled with Kara. I was surprised I was offered dry needling. She explained everything clearly and gave me options. I felt completely comfortable during the procedure. The results were very effective.
I just finished a couple of months physical therapy at Northwest Rehab. The staff there are very knowledgeable and professional. (Kudos to Ariane and Thomas)! I enjoyed every appointment even as the therapists challenged me to work harder and try more exercises. I especially liked the individual attention - there wasn't any doubling up with other clients. I've had very successful results and have a good routine that I can now do at home! I would recommend this location to anyone who needs PT.
This was the 3rd time in 6 years that I have needed physical therapy. All three times I was treated at Northwest Arkansas Rehab and Wellness. The staff was very kind, courteous and helpful. The Therapists that worked with me; Jenny, Thomas, and Beverly were extremely knowledgable about what I needed regarding my therapy. All of them genuinely cared about me and getting me “back to normal” versus just being another patient. If I need physical therapy again (but I hope not) this is the place I will go to again. Great facility with outstanding Physical Therapists and staff.
After ten months of virtual incapacitation from chemotherapy, surgery and radiation I was weak to say the least. A one hour session twice weekly for just a few weeks was all that was needed to get back to enjoying daily activities. Jay was the primary therapist but I had occasions to work with two (2) others and all were professional, well trained and extremely personable. I enjoyed going and was extremely pleased (maybe even a little surprised?) with the excellent results.
The staff at Northwest Rehab and Wellness are friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Arianne and Thomas for helping me quickly recover from surgery after breaking my ankle.
I just finished rehab on my broken finger here and I have nothing but good things to say about this center. Brandon was amazing through out my time there and Felipe and Lynn were wonderful as well when they assisted me. I felt welcomed, listened to and was well taken care of. I’ll be referring people your way in the future. Thank you once again for everything!
