Northwest Rehab and Wellness

Originally I saw them and they had excellent therapists that did what they could to help. Always kind and professional. This time though, the “therapist “ called and asked for someone else(still not sure if it was them that called but looks to be). When i said no one lived here by that number. The woman then said oh well what’s your name? To that, I assumed it was a spam call and hung up. Then I hear the reason I had a no call no show for the therapist I waited to hear from all day was because she lied and said I was unavailable. I did not go out to eat with my company that was in town because I was waiting on this call that was to never come. It’s been 2 weeks now and still nothing. My case manager talked to them and that is how I discovered this so called therapist lied and falsified medical records to cover her failure to contact me in a professional manner and instead chose to blame me. Since then I have lost a lot of function in my left arm. Guess that is my fault too. Besides it being illegal to falsify medical documents I hope when/if they ever come she in not the one they send. I do not trust her ability to correctly document any progress or set backs if she believes it would look bad on her as a therapist. Very different from the first time working with them. She ruined my opinion of this company if they hire unprofessional therapists like her. First time with the other therapists I would have given them 5 stars and a raving review.

From the moment I entered the program I have felt sincerely well cared from nutrition, accommodations, physical therapy, speech therapy, bathing, safety (I am impulsive, and a high fall risk). Complaints, that I have mentioned, were resolved, in a timely, professional manner. I cannot state enough of my sadness for reading, although it is in my best interest.
