NorthStar Physical Therapy

I was diagnosed with a a meniscus tear and was referred by my orthopedic doctor to NorthStar Physical Therapy to treat the knee joint. After one month and eight sessions my pain went significantly down to the degree when I am again able to do my regular physical activities and have a good night sleep. My therapist, Brian Holgate, was very careful not to push me and explained clearly how to do each exercise , including the ones I had, and still have, to do at home. The front desk personal was very helpful with scheduling appointments. I highly recommend this facility!

Due to a ski accident this year I had surgery to repair my ACL, MCL and meniscus. Subsequently, I had 27 visits to NorthStar Physical Therapy with Brian Nichols as the primary PT. Brian and his entire staff, from the other PTs to the front-desk personnel, were attentive, accommodating and professional, in a relaxed atmosphere. He answered my many questions in a kind, patient manner. I have no doubt my recovery was enhanced by their expertise. I highly recommend NorthStar Physical Therapy.

Honestly I have a love/hate relationship with my Physical Therapy appointments. Some of the exercises can smart but my Therapist makes me laugh. The receptionists are awesome and do their best to accommodate you when making appointments. The entire staff are professional yet extremely friendly.

I am So Happy I went to Brian Nichols after three knee replacements for Physical Therapy! Brian is an expert in this field and he helped me so much!! I have improved with motion and strength and He is such a pleasure to work with!!! I wouldn’t go to anyone else He is so dedicated to helping his patient do the Best they can do!! Ann is amazing! Her care is superb! She listens well to your concerns, is thoughtful and caring, and includes you in the treatment plan. I couldn't ask for anyone better. She is so helpful! And the receptionists Jen and Brittney are both welcoming and very kind and helpful. This place is definitely worth the drive for me!

Ryan listens to me when I explain the location of my pain and treats me within my limit. All staff are very personable and welcoming. I have recommended NorthStar Physical Therapy to others.

Brian Nichols is a miracle worker! I first went to see him after being in a cast and boot for over 2.5 in mobilized. I was having insane nerve pain and could barely move my ankle/foot. I was extremely swollen and bruised still from my fall, which is crazy since it had been so long. If you just looked at me wrong it made my ankle/foot hurt more, let alone touch me. After just 1 session Brian reduced by nerve pain by over 50%. I had been suffering for months and just 1 visit there was so much improvement. I have improved and after each session I have less and less pain and more movement. Brian really knows his stuff! As a former athlete I have worked without PTs in the past. Brian is top of his class by far! I can't recommend him enough.
